The Jamey from StoneBridge came and installed my new furnace, and I have had excellent results. I've saved $45 a month. Jamey was really nice and professional. I recommend StoneBridge Heating & Air to everyone. When I expand the Veteran's Home I will use StoneBridge.

Wanting to support my local radio station, I called Stonebridge after hearing their ads on it. I recently purchased a home and wanted and wanted to have the system checked out and have the yearly maintenance done on it. Justin was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond in his visit. I highly recommend Stonebridge and am happy that I chose them as my HVAC team.

Signed up for their total comfort club subscription a while back and forgot I even did. Got a call from their office proactively and told me they were coming out as soon as I was available to do a maintenance check on my a/c system. I figured it would be just like a gym who makes money off of people forgetting they even had a membership but Stonebridge actually seemed to care about making sure I was happy and getting a great value for my money.

So I'm hearing all these commercials lately where stonebridge comes in and saves the day for these customers that were being done wrong by other companies. But that wasn't my experience and I wanna let people know that although they may be the "hero's" from time to time, they still have their moments of shady! A few years ago my outside unit went bad and needed to be replaced while STILL under warranty.

I bought the house new but it was built before I found it, Stonebridge was the company that the builder used so naturally that's who I reached out to. They first tried to not honor it because (these are their words) my warranty was "under my name" but misspelled so they didn't know if they could honor it. I spoke with that persons boss and lost my cool, he then mentioned the "required yearly service requirements" to keep the warranty good. Yearly service needs that as a new home owner I had NO IDEA about and since they hadn't been done, they "unfortunately" couldn't help me.

A few thousand dollars lately I had another company replace the outside unit. All that to say, just because they find a few happy customers to put on the radio, doesn't mean they still don't do good all the time. Stonebridge responded but I can't respond to their response. So I said "a few years ago" so 2018 should be about right. They didn't say anything about screwing me then but did confirm I reached out, just that their "new" management team will work hard to not screw you wink wink.

Had used them I the past but this time I wasn't too impressed. Paid over $650 for a little coolant and a capacitor. Seemed a bit much. Said he couldn't find a leak but it would be $3500 to dig into it. Wanted to sell me a new unit for $8500. Didn't even clean the outside unit or anything. Called somebody else. Cleaned the outdoor unit and worked much better. They have radio ads where they say they can fix things and not just sell new units. Didn't get that vibe.

Noticed my house was getting really warm. I went outside to check the A/C unit and found ice on one of the pipes building up. I shut off the A/C and called Stonebridge (because I had heard their radio ads so many times) after normal working hours. They called me back within the hour and talked me through some steps to get my A/C working again. He said that if it was freezing, there is nothing that can be done until it thaws. Told me to change my filter after running the fan for a while.

Once I noticed the air was blowing strong again, I turned the A/C on and cool air was restored! The tech just as easily could have come to the house, told me there was nothing he could do and still charge the dispatch fee, but he didn't. I am highly impressed that he took the time to talk me through the problem on the phone and wasn't concerned about any charges. They have proven to me that they really do live up to their ads on the radio. Will definitely use them again when needed and will recommend them, always.

I came home to a very hot house at 5:45 PM, called Stonebridge and had someone out in less than 20 minutes. The technician, Cody was extremely helpful, very pleasant, and really informative. We have a super old system and not once did Cody try pushing to sell a new system. Cody simply fixed the issues causing the system to not work and then told me what could be done in the future to have a better system. Very pleased with the work completed.

They were wonderful. We got good prices and they called and E-mailed every step of the way. The young ladies I talked to on the phone were great and Cody did an excellent job. I thank everyone for your help during these rough times.

I was having hard time diagnosing my inside handler issues, this was the 2nd company I called. They came out and seen I had a power issue coming into my house, they helped me solve a mystery others haven't. He was very nice and helpful and informative! Thank you Cody! Service: AC repair

I have saved all my utility bills since Stonebridge installed a new system. It was installed incorrectly. I called very politely and inquired why our bill was higher since they installed the new system. I was yelled at, and told that they would send out a technician, but if it was deemed unnecessary, that I would be sent a bill. This being after we were told if we bought a new system, they would not charge us for the initial call to diagnose the problem with our Amana system. Also, after we were told by another technician that our older thermostat was better than the new one they were going to provide with the new system, and we were not refunded that as well.

We paid for a thermostat we did not get. Our trust was gone when we were found at fault because our utility bill was higher. I was told "the rates went up". We live in Longview.our rates did not go up, and I told him so. The man on the phone then wanted me to supply copies of utility bills from the past. Instead, I called Goode Air Conditioning in Longview.who we should have called in the first place.but my husband heard the ads on the radio that Stonebridge is honest.

They are not. Goode in fact told us that we DID NOT need a new system. Our Amana, which was so quiet we could not hear the fan come on (the new one is horribly LOUD!), could have been repaired. When the Stonebridge technician came and added freon, he then came in and remarked "what is that water on then floor?" Then stated "it is 5:00 and I am on call" and left.

He stated we needed a entirely new system. They brought the new system, and they could not fit the inside unit in our home. They had to bring another inside unit from Tyler.while we waited. We do not even know if this system is compatible with the outside unit. Goode Electric told us that the system was installed incorrectly. They also found that the old thermostat (two stage), was incorrectly configured to the new system.

Our bill was also higher because the heating element at 90 AMPS was running full time. Hence.the higher bill that Stonebridge claimed we were lying about. Wrong installation. We did not need a new system. We could have repaired our older one at maybe $1400. We are retired. Some people seem to think that retired money can just pull money out of a hat.or that we are completely gullible and ignorant.

I will never let this go. They lied to us. We had to pay someone else to come fix the new system. And every single time that cement mixer comes on. I am reminded of how we were lied to and shamed to believe we are stupid. We are.for trusting an ad that claimed this company is based on honesty. It is not. We will only use local from now on. Just want to remind others that Stonebridge is awesome when they are lying to you.as long as you comply with what they want.

We did nothing wrong.and we only wish we could have recorded how we were spoken to. Also. We have lived in our home since 1990. Our next door neighbor has had the same unit since then.they don't automatically be replaced at a certain age!

My experience with Stonebridge was wonderful. Mike, Emmanuel and Christian did a great job. My new unit is installed and you wouldn't even know they had been here because there was no mess! I am so thankful I chose them to install my new unit. They gave me a great price. Kudos to Emmanuel and Christian for working in a hot attic and getting the job done in record time! Thank you!

A few months ago I had some service work done. Justin came out and correctly identified the problem, I had a crack in my cooling coil. He pumped a few pounds of coolant into the unit so we could stay cool until they could come back out and fix it. A few days later received an estimate to fix it for $1000. Thinking this amount was a bit high I shopped around and found my new AC company to do it for $650. I'm only giving two stars just because Justin was upfront and very knowledgeable. Taken three stars away because of their overpricing! I also paid $50 a pound for coolant and found out it was only $30 a pound from Coy Dodd.my new Air conditioner service people!

Poor customer service. Not 24 hour service. Did not call us back. Had to call twice and finally got a call and we were told it was not an emergency and would take 6 or more hours before they would come. House is 95 degrees with no air. Called C.A. Woods. Came right out.
