They were able to install four inside mini-split units for the same price that several other companies quoted me to install three. Their workers are trustworthy and they stayed focused on the details even while working outside in below freezing weather. 2021 2 Years ago I had Sarosky replace my moms A/C system and 2 years later I had Sarosky replace my A/C system. Frank performed another flawless installation just like he did at my moms. The old attic air handler and outside unit had failed. We called Sarosky to take a look and they responded to the house the same day and found that the system was not repairable. They surveyed the system and we received a quote with 2 options within a day and installed the new system a week later after they received our approval. Their techs were prompt, explained the details of the work to be performed, covered the floors with tarps and cleaned up after they left for the day.

Very kind and friendly during installation, but that sure changed during a maintenance call. Technician was rude to my mother and charged us $215 dollars for 15 minutes of assessing the issue and 'labor' to fix the problem when they indicated $100 for the first 30 minutes the day prior. They initially charged us for the material as well until she asked him why it wasn't covered under warranty. Very disappointed with my experience working with them.

Sarosky replaced my home's gas furnace and AC. The work was done professionally and care was taken to keep my house clean while removing the old unit and then putting in the new one. Last month I had Sarosky install replace my exiting central AC System. They did an incredible job. The did exactly what I needed. I was concerned because the previous central air system was installed by a "do it yourself-er" and was not installed correctly. The fact that they were able to remove the old system and fit the new air handler up into my attic was a small miracle to me but it did not seem to be a problem for them at all.

They worked clean and the whole install took a day and a half just as they said. Knowledgeable and friendly service and great communication. Since the install everything is working just as expected.
