Ron Brocks Heating & Cooling

I'm writing this on behalf of my parents. Jon and David are amazing technicians. Jon worked on the main house and David worked on the rental house. Both technicians were very courteous and answered all questions. The work was done quickly but correctly. We will not be using another company for our HVAC needs. Ron Brocks and their technicians are simply the best.

Home we purchased in August had a heat pump installed earlier this year. Heat was not working when we tried to use it. They sent a repair person out within hours of calling and communication from main office and the tech was exceptional. Tech did a great job explaining the issue and performing the repair. All was covered by warranty without hesitation. Excellent customer service!

The service technician, as well as customer service, was prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions. I feel much better having set up semi-annual maintenance on my heating/cooling system!

I called Ron Brock, Co, as they were recommended in Texas when I moved to Arizona. The A/C units were old in our AZ home, so the units were serviced and plans were discussed to replace them. Two new units were installed later and this company has kept up by servicing them on a regular basis. Two other relatives have also bought new units from Ron Brock. Their sales and service cannot be beat.

Had our A/C go out in our new house last night. Under warranty and we were worried that it was going to take a long time to get someone out to fix. Called our builder who called Ron Brocks. Xavier was at our door at 10pm and diagnosed the situation by 1015. It was all fixed and up and running by 1030. He was super nice, very efficient, and knew his stuff. Thanks for a great experience.

Ron Brooks HVAC has installed one of out three residential AC units about two years ago. Great experience working with Ron Brock's heating and cooling to have both air conditioners (heat pumps) replaced. Had several options quoted and discussed pros and cons of each before making a decision. Ron Brock's sent 2 crews out to install both systems at the same time and completed the same day. I was able to have one condenser moved over to give more room for RV parking. Fit and finish of the install was excellent. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Excellent experience! Our thermostat stopped working on a Friday at 5pm. We figured we'd have to go the weekend without AC. Ron Brocks had a great technician (Rhonda) here within 2 hours. Rhonda installed a new thermostat at a good price and we are back to comfortable temperatures. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Manny our service tech was great! The person that was supposed to be at the house to meet him had to leave becuase of a work emergency. So I had to head to the property when Manny called. I told him I was over 20 minutes away, "No worries, when I get there I will wait for you out front" was his response. As I was driving there, in morning rush hour, I knew he was already there so I was getting stressed out. Then, I came upon a mile back up, due to a non functioning signal light and my anxiety went through the roof!

I immediately called Manny and told him what was up and that I was on my way he said, "It's OK, really! One thing I was born with was patience. Just be careful, I know you will get here as soon as you can". What started out to be an anxious stressful beginning to my day really wasn't, all thanks to Manny's kindness. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes and I was off to tackle the rest of my day. Hope it goes as well as my morning :

Tried to change out my own thermostat and of course it didn't work and not only did it not work when I put the old one back on it didn't work either. Called Ron Brocks and the girls on the phone were courteous and helpful. Edward the technician came to the house within an hour. It only took Edward about 20 minutes to figure out the problem, put on the new thermostat and was done. Edward is my new hero.

To find somebody in the construction industry that is on time, courteous, and a true professional is unusual Ron Brock's is all of that and then some, Thank you Ron Brocks.

A client just had Ron Brock's in to do her annual air conditioning maintenance. Edward was the technician who was professional and courteous. He helped with replacing the filters and cleaned the grates for her. He found batteries in his truck when she had none to replace in the controllers and also wore booties to protect her carpeting. Outstanding customer service when today that is far and few between! Thank you RB and Edward!

Its nice to work with professionals in any industry but to find quality, honest people in the construction business is a real pleasure. I had four units installed two years ago by them. Had a noise coming from one of the still functioning units. Came right out. Made the repairs and serviced all the units. No charge. They could have easily said it was normal and let the unit fail and get some additional warranty work in a few months. Not this company. They are good people that do quality work.

Technician by the name of Josh came out yesterday to do a routine annual maintenance/service. He was a very personable, sharp young man. He arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment time, which is much better than other service companies I have dealt with before. All said and done, he completed the service in just about an hour and I am very happy with the price, the company's representation and the service provided. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Listen Explain and offer repair prior to doing it. Diagnose with proper procedure and provide results if asked. Called at 7:15am Tech was here by 8:00. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Daniel came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He had us blowing cold within a few minutes. A big Thank you to Abby for getting the tech out so fast.

Had my preventative maintenance on my furnace completed. My appt was scheduled for between 9a and 11a. I received a call shortly before 11a to let me know the technician was running late due to a previous job and that he would be at my house within an hour. He showed up as promised and everything went smoothly. I have a 1 year PMA with them so I will use them in the spring for the preventative maintenance on my AC.

We had a bad situation re our ac and furnace. Being snowbirds we depended on the Ron Brock company to do honest work. They gave us an estimate by phone - did the work and came in right on budget - and did a fine job. These are good guys and we heartily recommend them.

We bought this house as a new build in 2007. I noticed during the summer of 2013 that the heat pump did not do as good of a job keeping the place cool as it did when we first moved in. Shortly before the summer of 2014 I called Ron Brock's to come out, inspect the unit, and give it a tune up if necessary. Three other neighbors had replaced their heat pumps in the past year so given the performance of my unit I was expecting the worst.

The Ron Brock's technician discovered that my heat pump was low on refrigerant, and hunted down the leak. Unfortunately, the leak was in the evaporator coil in the attic. The coil would have to be replaced. I decided instead to pursue the replacement of the entire unit. As requested, the Ron Brock's rep gave me quotes on four different units, each with a different SEER rating.

I thought the prices were - quite frankly - very reasonable. I choose the 4-ton 14 SEER unit with a 10-year warranty. The Ron Brock's personnel showed up on time at 7am and were finished by about 2pm. They were polite and they cleaned up after themselves. (I HATE it when contractors leave a mess behind.) While I did read the two other reviews that were negative, they do not reflect my experience at all.

All the staff is professional and polite. The price was very reasonable. The installation went very smoothly, and the new unit is keeping us nice and cool. I could not be happier

I have used them for the past few years and they are so much better than before! They used to have not-so-amazing service but now they are nicer than ever! They know what they are doing and work extra hard to fit your needs. The workers work in burning up heat (one time they fixed my air conditioner in 116 degree weather) but still do not give up.
