Thomas was very courteous and very efficient. He serviced my a/c unit and gave me a thorough explanation of the needed repairs. Thomas came back out and performed the necessary repairs at a more than reasonable cost. I will continue to use Roland Black Heating & Cooling in the future. I am a first time client of Roland Black and it was a great experience. I just wanted a simple check and tune up of my HVAC system to see how it was going and if there were any major concerns. Will was my tech and he was great! Answered all my questions, talked me through everything, and gave great recommendations. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a full system install - everything except the ductwork was removed and replaced. Arrived on time removed the old equipment and replaced, new thermostats. Split system, gas furnace. Seamless and well done. Everyone was great and explained what was going on. Jeff Holmes and Clarence were first on site. Then backup came with Tyler and Brent joining. It was a team effort and everyone did a great job getting the installation completed. Very happy with installation and service.

Had a perfect experience today with Tom. He went through the motions taking care of all the issues that needed to be addressed today. He was very professional and gave us the proper information to keep our system running smoothly and efficiently. I will absolutely use them again, and be pleased to see Tom and any other employees like him come back any time we need assistance.

Will is awesome and good at what he does. He's on time, prompt and explains everything in detail and will not tell you that you need a specific service to your unit that you don't need. Jordan and Andre absolutely ROCKED it today! Our house was is desperate need of multiple thermostats because we were having issues with just one and the evenness of temperature throughout the house. They came ON TIME (even a bit early) and did not leave until they installed a whole new system in our house. They were professional, respectful, and awesome to have in my home.

After packing up about to leave, we asked a question to them regarding the new system and installation. They answered kindly, and even went back to get all their supplies to bring back inside to double check their work. I could not put into words how wonderful these two were, and this company should be proud to have such amazing employees. 10/10 would recommend!
