Silvio is great. Responsive and reliable. We choose him because he was on the recommendation list with Yelp. They took great care of the a/c system in our rental, and all are with our tenants and everyone was happy. Will definitely be back for service when needed.

Showed up on time and were very professional. Had received another quote from a competitor that was more than Ram's Air charged for a new a/c unit. Will definitely use them in the future.

I called the company for the water leakage of A/C unit in my restaurant. They said coils were dirty and after cleaning the problem would end. 15 days later, A/C unit started to drop water again. We called them, they came and cleaned up the accumulated water and went away saying there would be no more. Unfortunately, 1 week later the problem occurred again.

We called the company, but the response was unbelievable, unprofessional. The voice on the phone was saying that DO NOT CALL US AGAIN. What kind of respect and responsibility is this? I certainly do not recommend this company.

Called this company on sunday, they said they would send a technician and waited for 6 hours and nobody showed up! We called other company and got our AC fixed in less than an hour! Bad customer service!

When you spend the night without AC in Florida. you only think about finding reliable technician who would come, check the unit and fix it so you can cool. I got recommendation for them in neighborhood app. I assumed if a location as near by (couple of blocks) they will for sure get here. their page stated 24/7 and free estimate. It was Sunday, we called, explained the issue, we tried to be as detailed as possible so they can have an idea of what can be happening before coming. the gentlemen on the phone told us that he might pass by later, and that being Sunday he will charge us for the visit and estimate $120. he offered us to wait till Monday and get a free visit.

Have you ever been in May in Miami with 85F and 80% humidity outside and no AC? do you think it is humanly possible to stay 48 hours like that? the website is misleading as they advertise free estimates but they are not really free. I guess another typical Miami service. be careful and ask everything upfront. BTW we called another person who came and fixed the AC and got paid same day.

I called Rams a.c. during the weekend for a repaired at 900 pm with in an hour a technician was at my door. I recommend Rams a.c. is the best company in Miami Beach

BEWARE! I called Silvio to fix our AC. 20 days later the ac broke again. we called back for warranty but what a surprise, Silvio told us that the compressor was unable to be repaired and we needed a new unit for $,3,500. We decided to call another company for a second opinion and they were able to make the repair for $250.00. BEWARE! Stay Away from these unscrupulous people or you will get robbed. WORST COMPANY IN MIAMI BEACH FL

They recommended to installed a uv light and a whole house air cleaner to help my daughters asthma and allergies. It made a huge difference! They did a fast and amazing job. We will definitely use them again!

I called Rams friday afternoon for a problem with my A.C.Silvio answered me immediately and arrived to my house in 30 min as he told me. He try to solved the problem the same day but he understood that he need to change a big part of it. He told me that he could coming back the day after in the morning with the new part and so he did it. Perfect job and solve the problem with no higher cost at all. I called Silvio because of an AC leak in my apartment and he came out to check on my problem within a few hours. His crew came back the next day and ended up spending a full day working on a problem that ended up involving the line for my condo building. He and his crew even came by on a Saturday to make sure that the job was correctly completed. All of the technicians were extremely professional and answered my MANY questions without problem. The icing on the cake was that the price was very reasonable and fair. It was a great experience overall and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Called Silvio from Rams at 11:30 am after my regular AC guy did not answer. Silvio had his crew at my apartment by 1:00 pm and i had the AC working shortly after. The services was great and the price was fair. I will be recommending them to my condo association and all my friends.
