I would recommend Progressive Heating and Air because of the business-like manner in which it handled selling and installed our air conditioner and for having a man like Dusty Davis to handle all the details. When we had mechanical problems, he was Johnny on the Spot. Dusty was business-like, honest, efficient and very likable; a good man for the job. I would highly recommend him.

DJ was on time and took care of the problems we had with the AC Unit. The drain hose was stopped up and caused condensation to backup from the AC. He unclogged the drain, and pumped the backed up water out of tray at bottom of AC Unit, He also installed a new and better thermostat and programed it for us. He then took the time to show us how to use the thermostat more efficiently. We Thank You DJ for all that you did for us today. We are very happy with the work done. I had an amazing experience with Bryan as my service technician. He was knowledgeable and provided me with several options to fit my needs. I also wanted to shout out the customer service representative that answered my call and assisted with scheduling me as soon as possible. Lastly, to the owner, continue to allow employees to drive the service vehicle home from time to time that's how I found out about your company. I would highly recommend! I will definitely use this company for yearly maintenance.

Josh and Hunter were awesome through the whole process. They completely ripped out my old system and ductwork and had it replaced within 3 days. Their employees showed up on time and worked non-stop throughout the day. Polite and professional. The system they installed has made my home more comfortable than it's been since I've lived in it.

Robert was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He communicated everything to me throughout the process of the repair including updating me on when the parts came in and when he would be at my house. Shelley in the office was also very helpful with the scheduling process and kept me up to date on everything. I will definitely recommend Progressive to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Out of all the service calls I have ever needed to make to this and previous homes I've owned, Chuck was by far the best technician I've ever come across. I gave him a quick rundown of the issue with a few details and he was able to quickly isolate and correct the issue. He was open and candid with his feedback of the issue and in a matter of minutes had the issue resolved. As long as I own this home, Progressive Heating & Air will be the only provider servicing my HVAC system. One must be crazy to let service like this go away.

Well, there is a problem. Every since Progressive Heating and Air came out to check our unit it has not went off when it reach the room's temperature. It literally reached up 90 degrees the night, they came out to check the unit, and woke us out of our sleep drenched in sweat. So when we got up to check the thermostat it showed what you see in the pictures and the only way to cut it off we turned the power off from fuse box.
I don't know was done but turning on and off the fuse block was what we've been doing to keep the house at a comfortable temperature until you all come out and put in the new unit.unless you can send someone out tomorrow without charging us again.

Progressive Heating & Air came to my house to install a new dryer vent. The company communicated a lot, which I really appreciated - called to confirm the appointment and called when the techs were on their way. Overall, communication with the company was very easy, which I did not find with other companies that I tried to speak with. They even were able to move up my original appointment by a few days, which was a bonus!
I appreciated that they thought about that when they had a cancellation. Overall, Progressive Heating was very professional, did good work (my dryer runs better now!) and I would use them again.

Mike was able to help us fix all the issues on all 3 of the toilets we needed maintenance and fixing. He was very thorough and made sure they all worked like they were supposed to. He was also very professional, courteous. This is our first time using Progressive Heating, Air and Plumbing, and we have had a good experience with this repair. We will definitely call them again if we ever need any other services done, like HVAC Services, or Plumbing Services. Thank you!
