One Star is too many. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A year ago I paid them for a new AC unit. They have failed to provide the unit or return my money. They won't take my calls or answer emails. Another resident in my condo building is in the same situation with them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use this company. I paid for a new AC unit 10 months ago. They have not provided updates as to the status of the unit. As each month passed, I called and asked where my AC unit was. They said it was a supply chain issue. OK, that excuse worked the first 5 months, but enough. When I started getting firm with "Lisa" (because there is not other person to talk to and no other phone numbers listed) she would tell me that she would check on it and call back.

She has NEVER called me back. NEVER. Two weeks ago, I told her that I fed up and either want my AC unit or my money back. Surprisingly, she said the AC unit had come in and we arranged an appointment for installation. My tenant took the day off of work and waited. They never showed up, or called. I called the company back and got the answering service.

Left a message. The company NEVER called back. Today, I called and "Lisa" picked up the phone, I said my name and she hung up. When I immediately called her back, the phone was transferred to the answering service.at 3pm in the afternoon. The answering service said it was unusual that the line would be switched over that early. They have had several thousand dollars of my money for 10 months without delivering a product! They STOLE MY MONEY.

Very unprofessional, short, and rude on the phone. If he's like that on the phone, I can only imagine what he would be like in person.

Karl is great! We have used these guys to replace knob and tube wiring in a 100-year old house, and we've used them for a kitchen remodel and some smaller jobs. They are excellent electricians and they do exactly what they say they'll do, on time. They're not the cheapest, but their pricing is fair and accurate. Office staff is professional, too, and friendly.

Tom at professional electric did some work for my seller at an Alexandria condo high-rise today; he was very responsive, did excellent work and I greatly appreciated his patience and time! Looking forward to working with him and this company again soon.

They are my go-to for commercial work at a high rise condominium I manage. The president has come out on a holiday weekend for an emergency, they have done great work where other companies have tried to sell me on BIG unnecessary jobs, and their attention to detail and communication are unsurpassed in the area.

I hired this company to do some electrical work for me. While they were on site the said they could also fix my heat pump which wasn't working properly. We were very clear in asking or an estimate of costs. We received an answer that it was covered under warranty. They worked on it and after some difficulty seemed to finally get it working after a few days.

They then billed us for over $3000. We protested but I conjecture that they had so many man hours into what they underestimated they wanted to cover their costs. Ultimately they sued and got a judgement as we were unable to show up in court that day. Very questionable ethics and business practices.

Horrible experience. They came to fix an electrical problem which was just a breaker. There waw trouble with one of my heat pumps and they said they knew what it was and it was covered under warranty. Per our discussion they called and confirmed it was covered under warranty. After two days it was finally fixed. They took it upon themselves to check all three zones.

There was no estimate or discussion of cost at any time. Then they send me a bill for over 3K! Again no estimates or mention of cost prior to work otherwise I would have had multiple bids. We went back and forth and they sued me. To add to it. my regular HVAC, TJFannon had to fix up the system after these guys were done because they caused some damage to the contents of all the copper lines. I'm not one to write nasty reviews, but these guys were over the top unethical and bad job.
