I've used Polar Aire for maintenance for years. Top notch company. It came time to replace my furnace and AC and I received the same great service from start to finish. Scott S. was knowledgeable, responsive, gave me a fair and reasonable price, and was patient as I weighed my options. The installation technicians, Matt and Mario were fantastic as well.
They arrived early (but called first to ensure that was ok) and were in and out in 6 hours. We couldn't even tell they had been here when they left, other than having excellent new equipment! All were very professional. Great experience all the way around. Polar Aire will be my heating and AC company for years to come and I'll recommend them whenever I get an opportunity.

Last Tuesday, Polar Aire installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my house. I had asked for an estimate, and was very impressed with the detailed and well-explained talk by Scott, and the personalized data he provided. After choosing this company, I was amazed that the process was completed so swiftly and efficiently by Matt and Jason, overseen by Scott.
All work was done as promised, with promptness, quietness, and professionalism. They left my house cleaner than they found it. All three were lovely, thoughtful people which I enjoyed interacting with. I am happy to have found this company and will continue to use them and recommend them!

Air conditioning went out at 5:30 on a hot, humid Saturday night. Called Polar Aire and spoke with Roy. Great young man. He carefully and thoroughly walked us through possible fixes. He ended up coming out around 9:15. Had us up and running in 20 minutes. We were impressed with his advance explanation of the fees so we had a good idea of the cost. We knew it would cost more after hours. He was great. His employer should give him a raise....hint hint.

Great service for my annual inspection! Tyler is very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to save on my electricity bill. Also fast, on time and very reasonable cost. Office staff was great too. He also discovered my thermostat was not properly wired and was just running on batteries (and fixed). I highly recommend Polar Air.

If you have a Carrier system, I highly recommend Polar Aire. We are getting rid of our current "annual maintenance" company because they are always using "the sky is falling" tactics to up-sell their brand new systems and get commissions. Tyler H. from Polar is an outstanding technician who knew the history of our system and it's operating nuances.
Our Furnace needs a little TLC, but not a $17,000 replacement System! Now we can have a worry-free holiday and not go into debt! I appreciate the honesty and that they provided several future options.

I had to replace my Furnace and since our A/C and water heaters were old I decided to replace those as well. Travis came out and listened to me and gave me a bid based on my conversation with him. I had a couple others come out and although professional I didn't feel they listened and in 1 case gave me a bid for what I did not want. We decided on Polar Jason and his teammate came out and performed flawless work.
Everything that was promised was delivered and we are very happy with the service and products we received so far. I can't wait for winter to see how this new modern furnace operates and heats our house. Thank you to the team at Polat - Travis, Jason and Jessica - sorry I don't remember the other gentleman's name but he was awesome too.

When I called for service, they came out the same day to check the problem. My mom is 100 and her air conditioner quit working. We decided to get a new furnace and air conditioner. But they could not install it for 9 days. Then Travis and Jason called and came over the next night, after hours and installed the unit for my mom. At her age, it would have been so dangerous in the heat. I can't thank these young men enough for being so caring and giving. I recommend Polar Air very highly.
