EXCELLENT! We have been using Dickerson Heating and Air for several years and they have always been very responsive to our service needs. We first used them to replace our old A/C unit and have since been on their yearly maintenance plan. Recently they replaced 2-bathroom exhaust fans and installed a whole house dehumidifier. Their customer service is outstanding! David Dickerson is extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest as are his employees. The technicians are always polite, punctual and proficient. Thank you for such wonderful service!

Dickerson HVAC is an excellent business, very well managed and amazingly responsive. My AC went out in my Auto Shop business office. It was miserable for my Staff and Customers. The inside temp hit 98 with high humidity. I called Dickerson, they got the new part, and came out after hours to replace the bad part. Can't say enough about Dickerson HVAC. 10 Stars out of 5.

This company was very helpful and was able to get out to my house and repair my AC within 24 hours. Their technician Jacob was professional and helped explain everything that was going on. Today's visit was for semi annual maintenance. But Dickerson also sold and installed for me my HVAC system a couple of years ago. I've had nothing but excellent service from them. Every technician has been polite, on time, responsive, knowledgeable and Professional. The pricing on my HVAC system and on annual maintenance are pretty much in line with other major HVAC companies in the area.

Were able to come the next day. The AC drip pipe was clogged near the unit in the attic They had to cut out the clog and replace the pvc pipe I was told. Seemed really pricey for the repair plus the $89 service call. Technician was polite and personable. $299 total bill. Took about an hour. Service: A/C system repair

Jacob Queen is a very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. He is very efficient. and resolved our A/C issue very quickly, saving us the fear of having to buy a new A/C unit! Highly recommend. They came out and gave an estimate for a new system, had a few options to choose from, were able to install only a few days later. Installation was quicker than expected. They even came back to install a new thermostat at my request, and replaced a part that was apparently bad from stock, no extra charge. Great job. From the sales to the install it was a very smooth and quick endeavor. The product is excellent and the service was great. From the time the salesman came out till I had a new Heating and Air conditioner along with New Ducts and wrapping of the ducts was about a week. The installers, Thomas and David, were very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.

The technician they sent was very professional and diagnosed the system, but the customer service in charge of making the appointments was not clear and specific in communicating the costs for the diagnosis when I asked her how much the cost would be just for the diagnosis she said $ 75 and the Technician charged us $ 148 which leaves the company as irresponsible in the way of dealing with potential clients, remember that the best advertise is word of mouth, by the way the heating trough the furnace was the one need to be fixed not the heat pump which was repaired four months ago and was working, if i need it to use all i need is set the thermostat on, but the real issue is WE ask for diagnosis alone and that was we agreed $75 over the phone Acworth, Ga 30101

Called Dickerson due to furnace not working properly and I fully expected to wait a couple of days due to past HVAC experiences with other companies, but was pleasantly surprised that they could help me same day. Their tech Jacob was polite, professional and knowledgeable and he had my unit working again within 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Dickerson and will use them again in the future.
