Pell My name is Josh Pellerin. I founded Pell Air and Heating with my wife in 2003. After 14 years of working in the trade, I decided to start my own company. During my years with another company, I saw how important it was to give the personal touch to our customers, to do one-day installations, being neat, and cleaning up after our work. I am very accessible to my customers, listen to their needs and work with them to make the best choices regarding their heating and air conditioning needs.

Pell Air is a family owned and operated. Our goal is to serve your needs in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. We offer free detailed estimates and one day installations.

This Job was a new Install of all new ducting, supply to be cut in, electrical to be run, gas line to the Heater, heater is in the attic. The equipment that we installed is the new Affinity 98% 15 seer System . Installed system in One Day

I'm giving a one star rating because I am unable to give zero, however, that is my true rating. Pell Air's owner, Josh, is the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have ever run across. 10 years ago, my family had an air and heating unit installed in our home by Pell Air. Every year thereafter, we have had it serviced by the company when the Spring and Summer months were coming up - including last year.

This year, yesterday, we called Josh who rudely told us that the company no longer serviced heating and air and was strictly a solar service now. We explained that we didn't know that and that someone from his company should've notified us, via U.S. mail at least, as we have been longtime customers. He then became very defensive and accused us of getting an attitude and stated, "You don't have to get an attitude".

To which we replied we didn't have an attitude but were dissatisfied with the lack of communication from his company. I have never heard such disregard for a longtime loyal customer in my life. Josh is inconsiderate, brash, and unnecessarily smug. Customer service training is needed, but he's the owner so I don't expect these practices to improve. Consider yourselves warned.

My husband and I had purchased an air conditioning unit several years ago from a different company and it was no better than the old one we had. Our house temp would rise during hot days even with the air on. We spoke to Josh P at Pell Air and we felt he was honest and really knew what he was talking about! We decided to get a new furnace and condenser.

The installer was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Since the install our house keeps at the temperature we set it at, what a nice change. Our electricity bill also went down and we have saved hundreds over the last year. We would recommend this company to friends and family or anyone looking to get quality products, knowledgable friendly service and feel good about your purchase. Thank you Pell Air & heating for all of those things!

Had Pell Air put in our AC, heater and all new duct work and vents. Went with 4 ton York unit 15 seer. Amazing! Keeps the home nice and cold during summer (AC set at 70 degrees). Winter it heats up the home in a matter of minutes. Electric bill runs about $170 during the summer now compared to $300 with my old unit. Installers were professional, knowledgable, clean and very polite. Great job guys and would definitely recommend anyone to use Pell!

We had our air conditioner installed in the middle of this last heat wave (9/15). The prices, customer service and installation process were all EXCELLENT. We got 3 other estimates and Pell Air was the best price by far and the best in customer service. We have no complaints. This is a great company to work with, look no further!

Very poor customer service - have called 3 times in order for a technician to come in - but not only they do not return calls to schedule an appointment but the person answering the phone has an attitude problem.

Pell Air installed my very expensive heating and air conditioning system in 2007. Did they do a good job? Yes they did.until something goes wrong. Twice now I have had something break. I call them, talk to a nice person who says they will call me back to schedule a service call, and nothing, nada, zilch. No call back. Ever. Is it hot? Yes, and they are probably busy, but that is no excuse for not returning a call for service. I won't be calling them again. Ever.
