It's unfortunate but sometimes it's necessary to replace your heating and air system. While we do everything that we can to make sure you get the most out of your current system; there are times that it's more practical to replace the system. This can occur when you have an older inefficient system that is in need of major repairs. When it is necessary, we are here to help you at every step of the way.

During a routine maintenance check our experienced technicians will do the following... Check for correct amount of refrigerant Test for refrigerant leaks using a leak detector Check for and seal duct leakage in central systems Measure airflow through the evaporator coil Verify the correct electric control sequence and make sure that the heating system and cooling system cannot operate simultaneously (this sounds crazy but happens all the time!) Inspect electric terminals, clean and tighten connections, and apply a non-conductive coating if necessary Oil motors and check belts for tightness and wear Check the accuracy of the thermostat.
