The technicians were wonderful. They completed the project within the time frame specified, but they didn't rush through the job either. They were conscientious about their work and pointed out that we actually had our furnace filter installed backwards, calling me over to explain the correct way to install it. Plus, they were neat and very considerate; they even took their shoes off before entering our house. I would definitely recommend this company. In fact, I already have!

Good value, showed up a little outside the window they originally gave by an hour but were professional and got the job done. They cleaned the laundry vents at a condo I own and would use then again.

I sent an email and got a quick response. Set up service and they were prompt and courteous. Did a good job at a fair price. Gary was very professional, no mess, didn't rush and was helpful with his advice. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again if needed.

I highly recommend Mr Duct for their good workers and responsive management. Omar and Rafael from Mr Duct cleaned our duct work yesterday. They showed up on time, did the work, wore protective foot gear, and picked up after themselves. Mr. Duct uses high powered vacuums with a spindle powered brush to remove the dust. When they were done, they showed pictures of the ducts before and after. I am 100% confident that the ducts are clean.

The service tech was on time and polite. However, maybe I'm confused as to what to of expected. I expected to see the vacuum's collection of dirt and dust. I didnt spy on on tech but the the few times I did see him remove the hose, it only only about 2 feet of hose and the hose didn't have any sort of brush on the end. It was just a piece of rubber flapping around due to air pressure. I feel like it wasn't a thorough job, am i missing something?

After reviewing Mr Duct about this issue- they called me back the same day- apologized about the lack of communication of what was NOT included- (cleaning air grates they took off) They offered back $200.00 from the $400 service. Wasnt sure I believed the common statement "checks in the mail" -but indeed it was - and came quickly. I will say for that- there is amazing customer service that came from Mr Duct. Dont remember having any company do that before- when complaining about a service. So if you use them- just make sure you know what exactly you are paying for- and as far as my experience- they have great customer service and honesty.

Mediocre service. Two boys probably in their early 20's came out. Left dirt all around the floor near the grates and didn't screw back one of the air returns in my ceiling. And the screws from the air return cap have gone missing. Not only that, one of them took a giant poop in my guest bathroom and left a mess. Will not be using again.

They did an excellent job. From quote to arrival, they were professional. But, most importantly, they started on time and worked continuously until the job was done. I'm very impressed and feel I got good value for the price.

This company is fantastic, all the way around. The owner and I have spoken several times because of a specific issue at one of my investment properties and he went out of his way to send his crew back out to ensure the issue was under control when he did not need to. Mr. Duct arrives on time, responds to emails and phone calls quickly, and is extremely reasonably priced. I look forward to working with them for years to come.

I have hired Mr Duct for duct and vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning twice in recent years (most recently this week). Both times were great. Making an appointment and communicating with the office was easy. The crew arrived on time, did a good job of keeping me informed of what they were doing, worked quickly, and didn't leave a mess behind when they were finished.

I'll definitely use them again in the future. Edit: I forgot to add, the crew were great about keeping their masks on while they were in my home. I appreciate that they took COVID precautions seriously.

I received excellent service. My emails were answered promptly with information about their service and a quote for service. I also got an appointment for first thing the next day. Ulysses was a very professional technician. He explained everything and provided us with before and after pictures. He was conscious of COVID protocols and also was careful of our house.

My husband was on a conference call so he even placed the equipment for the least noise possible. I would definitely recommend Mr Duct of Naperville and especially Ulysses to do the work. When I need more service, I will definitely call again.

Completely satisfied with Mr. Duct customer service and the work that they do. I had my Duct's cleaned and my central air serviced. This is my second time using Mr.duct and both times they oit did them selves. They did not try to upsale me and took me through what they were doing and why. There prices are affordable. I will always use them.

I just had an appointment and the technician Jason was so incredibly professional, understanding, helpful and efficient. He was here at the agreed upon time (between 8 and 10) and finished before the appointment window was over. The service itself is impeccable and my dryer actually works now! I cannot recommend then enough. They are very transparent about the price of services possibly being more than the quote based on the actualwactual but it is 100% worth every cent.

Your people did a wonderful job at fixing our second floor dryer vent system. Sergio, Jason and Sam worked for five hours to figure out how and why the builders people laid it out the way they did. Your crew didn't just start punching holes in the drywall, but rather, they took the time to investigate all the possibilities. They are all very professional employees and you folks should be very proud of them.

We are thrilled that we now have the peace of mind that goes with a dryer vent system that we can count on. UPDATED REVIEW After my original review I spoke with their owner Keith. There was an internal issue with communication and that was the reason why I was not quoted for the work and just charged. He worked with me to resolve the issue. Overall, I am happy with their service. Hopefully you don't have the same issues I had if you go with them. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW I called to get someone to come out and clean my dryer vent.

Their website says that they come by and give you a free estimate and if you approve the work they will then fix it. The technicians showed up and just started working. After about 20 minutes the technician came up to me with the bill for $175 which was their max price. My vent is at most 12 ft in length from dryer to the outside wall. No bends or any abnormal length to justify a max price.

When I checked the vent outside, the technician cracked my vent cover and left one of the flaps disconnected. Also, cleaning my vent did not improve my drying time, which they claim will happen. The company emailed me after asking how my service was. I've replied to the company twice stating my concerns and nothing back. I would not recommend using them for service.

Had a great experience with this company from making the start from making the appointment on the phone til the end. Very polite and professional. Then they sent me an email about the quote and details and then i called to confirm and mak my app. All smooth. I was able to get a next day app. The next day they called me to let me know the technicians were on their way and what there names were.

Wish i remembered there names bc they did a great job. They also were very polite also and professional. They did a clean job and were very courteous. They finished in about 3 hours. I paid 445.50 for the duct cleaning for my size house etc. and was very happy. Will be using you guys again in the future and referring.

I called to schedule an air duct cleaning for our home this morning, and Tom was very professional, answered all of our questions over the phone, and offered for two technicians to come to our home within just a few hours of my phone call on the same day! Ivan and Steven (the two technicians) arrived promptly and were very professional and courteous. Ivan was also very informative and answered all my questions and concerns.

They spent about 2.5 hours cleaning our air ducts (both supply and return vents + the furnace and trunk lines down in the basement). It cost $495 (including a $75 discount - internet special), so normally the cost is $570. I also appreciated all the good reviews on this business on the better business bureau website (www.bbb.org) and that they are NADCA-certified (national air duct cleaners association), as this industry does unfortunately have a lot of shady players out there. Now we're hoping that our allergy symptoms will go away. Fingers crossed! Only time will tell. Thank you!
