I had a different company (call them company X) install my new high efficiency outdoor unit. There were a number of reasons that I questioned X's competence. After 17 months the compressor in my new unit died. I decided to not use the original installer but research companies that specialize in Bryant. Moore's fit the profile I was looking for. Moore not only replaced the compressor, but corrected installation issues from both the replacement install along with the original install This required extra time but Moore maintained the original price quote even with the extra work. I'll be using Moore for my HVAC needs in the future.

They installed an AC unit for us last summer. They were honest with me about the cost and directed me to what would be the best value for me which was not the most expensive one! Had an issue with it recently and hesitated to call at this time of year since it wasn't a real emergency, but it started getting a little too 'warm', so did so anyway. They had someone out within an hour and were able to fix it right then! Always courteous on the phone and in person!
