Woke up to a 85 degree house. AC not coming on, checked everything I could, called Mitch Craig to come diagnose the problem. Mid 90's outside, first heat wave of the summer and even tho very busy they still got to the house in less than 2 hours. Compressor was bad needed entire system replaced. Not surprising, had started having problems with it over the years. 20+ years old so had made it thru it's life expectancy.

The installers showed up right on time the next morning, explained what they'd be doing, went right to work. 2 1/2 hours later, new unit installed, house cooling down. All three technicians, the one that diagnosed the problem and both installers were very professional, explained everything, answered every question, cleaned up after installation. Very happy with the quick response, quick installation, professionalism, and price lower than I expected. Definitely recommend Mitch Craig HVAC if your having problems.

We moved into our house at the beginning of the year and used another company our realtor recommended for general servicing but their work and communication had us questioning why we were giving them our money. I used Google reviews to find our next company for a quote on a new HVAC system which led us to Mitch Craig. We couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness and affordability.

I had multiple companies quote us and we are glad we chose Mitch Craig. Our install was difficult as it was in an attic on a hot day but they got it put in without any hesitation. And when a part on our new system failed, at no fault to Mitch Craig, Jeremy was out on a Sunday and replaced it no questions asked. Appreciate this family owned company!

I have nothing but great things to say about the service I received. Although it was Greek to me, they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They also gave me a discount on my newly installed unit because they had previously serviced my unit 3 months ago in which at that time, he advised me to start saving up because it was on its last leg. Good company!

My furnace quit working on Sunday afternoon. It was Nov. and very cold. I got the number for Mitch Craig from my boss on Monday. Mitch 's company had installed a system in his new house, he was very happy with the quality and the price. I had already rec'd a quote from another company and I am glad I called MItch Craig, he beat the quoted price by a landslide. Needless to say, I went with Mitch and now on Tuesday night I am warm and toasty. I would highly recommend this company. they were super nice, quick and efficient. i could not ask for anything more.

Stephen and Clayton are not only professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain some very helpful information about the new heating system in my shop. Great guys, great service. Furnace went out at 10pm pm. Sent a Hail Mary service request at 11 pm. Woke up to a call that they were on their way. Highly recommended these gentleman.

My AC went out at the worst time of year and after calling 3 different well known companies in the area, Mitch Craig had a very competitive price and were very responsive on being able to put in my new outside unit, coil and line-set next day of accepting quote. Having previous experience working in hvac and a father who owned his own company for over 25 years I was very impressed with their technicians and work quality.

I was hesitant at first with their limited reviews, but my concerns were alleviated once I started working with them. Shoutout to Jeremy and Darren for a great installation today and Mike for the detailed quote earlier this week. They even hooked up a water heater overflow drain for me that was not originally quoted. My only constructive feedback was that the scheduling person left me wondering on some of the details upfront, but it's a very busy time of year for hvac companies.

My 14 year old heat pump was showing its age. The last 3 years they kept my system maintained and running until the A coil started leaking. Technician Mike is honest and up front guy when it came to the issues my system was having. I've upgraded my system to a new Carrier unit since my old unit was leaking and it just wasn't cost efficient to repair it anymore.

The install team of Stephen and Darren were quick, friendly and professional on getting my old system out and the new one up running and making sure everything worked. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement.

Mike and Jeremy were first class people to work with! They were prompt, courteous and professional in every way. I will be a Mitch Craig customer for life! They are the best!
