Other than accomplishing the repair and replacement of my heating system, they took time to explain options in types of furnaces, consumption methods, pricing etc. From the first phone call and appointment set to the actual work by each and every technician who worked in the installation, the job was done in an efficient and effective manner.
It is definitely hard to find a company with this high amount of vigilance and much integrity. I would highly recommend Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Pros to my neighbors and friends so that they may also able to experience the fantastic service I received this past two days. Not enough good words to describe my first experience with Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Inc. They showed up early for our appointment. I thought our heater was dead after a solid 10 year run. But within thirty minutes he had it breathing hot air throughout the house. Knowing that we are on borrowed time with this unit, we asked him for a bid on installing a new system. One day later I have his quote and it seems very competitive with two other companies have given. They really did a good job!

I moved into a new home on the Westside recently and needed to have my heating/ac unit serviced so I decided to give Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Inc. a call. They picked up the phone immediately and were extremely helpful. He explained to me what the service call would involve, the pricing I'd expect and was even able to grasp me in the same afternoon!
He gave me a small window in the afternoon of when to expect the technician and even called me later that afternoon to give me an update on when to specifically expect him. He was able to service the unit and even explained to me how to properly keep it maintained for the future. I called a previous company prior to coordinating with Milwaukee Heating and Cooling and mentioned I had cracked the heat exchanger and had a bad electrical box so they cannot help me. Not only that, they had to charge me extra cash for the service call. Good thing my friend referred me to Milwaukee Heating and Cooling and fixed my problem in no less that 45 minutes.
They only saw a few minor cracks in my heat exchanger and no carbon dioxide leaks and even committed to visit after 3 days to check if everything is still working. That's customer service, thank you!

I had two old AC units for a larger home on their way out. The response times to get an estimate were great; technician from Milwaukee Heating and Cooling came out to do an estimate and priced it very competitively. Throughout the whole process the communication was stellar, and months later when I finally decided to pull the trigger on new systems with short notice, there was a crew performing the install within a few days.
I had a wife and baby in my hot home while the crew was doing the install and the servicemen were super professional, respectful, and considerate of the situation. My house is tricky, but they worked nonstop to overcome all issues and get the house cooling that evening. Super strong work ethic, excellent communication, just fantastic all around. I'll never use another HVAC company.

I have had experience with lots of air conditioning companies over the years. Working with Milwaukee Heating and Cooling is the best experience I have ever had. They were totally honest when their serviceman came to diagnosing my problems and wow experience with the serviceman. I usually despise sales people, literally abhor them, but this company really has people who care about the customer.

I will never reach out to another company for anything air conditioning. Milwaukee Heating and Cooling Inc is fast to reply, totally professional, and sent someone super professional and amazingly skilled to install our two units. They were out within a day of calling, arrived toward the front end of our installation window, and had both units working within 45 minutes.
