Meyer performed a full HVAC system replacement. They were on time and performed the job efficiently and delivered what was promised. They were able to work around our schedule too! Although there were a few minor issues found after installation, they were promptly addressed in a professional manner. I reported the issues on a Saturday and the owner personally followed up and came on site the same day with the lead technician who sold the unit to ensure everything was taken care of! Was not necessary but the owner insisted on the urgency to resolve the matter!

You know when the owner is willing to do anything a technician will do (and on the weekend), they have a solid business model and likely happy employees as well! I chose Meyer because I wanted a quality product and service. Their 10 year PARTS and LABOR warranty gives you peace of mind and tells me they stand by the products they sell! Jack was here not long time after i asked for help. Was here on time how was scheduled. His work was clean and most important to me. he explain whats going on, what i should do and what i should wait for. That was very important to me. I am very happy with what was done. My AC works now and i don't need be worrying about how i can live in 100F. I can recommend "Meyers" to everybody who needs good and fast job

Paul was fantastic. He showed up at the appointed time, he was polite and respectful, he even put those little shoe booties on before coming inside. He started his diagnosis and explained what he was going and why it was important. He discovered the issue and quickly corrected it (well, we will know for sure when it hits 100 degrees again.lol) and cleaned up the area.

He explained in simple terms what was going on with they system, and why we were having the issue. He offered advice and guidance as to how to maintain and manage the system and got us back working in about an hour. Do yourself a favor and call Meyer H&AC before you call anyone else.just save yourself the hassle and get folks that know how to get the job done.

Let me tell you a few things about my experience with Meyer Heating and Air. First off Brandon came out the same evening I called to get a second opinion on my old ac unit from 1997. When her arrived he was very understanding and empathetic toward my situation. During the evaluation he presented me with seven resolutions to choose from with positive and negative effects.

He DIDN'T try the "used car sales tactics" like the prior experiences I have had. At the end of the evaluation he made it clear that he was always available for any questions I may have and didn't even charge me the $75 fee for the inspection. After my wife and I went over the options we made a decision that we were hesitant on. I called Brandon about it and after getting it scheduled Brandon went above and beyond to get us what we really needed.

When scheduling for the installation of the hvac system I spoke with Karen. Karen had a date set out two and a half weeks out and assured me that if my system stopped before my installation she would have a technician bring out a temporary in home unit. To my surprise Karen called again on Monday and explained that she had a cancelation and could install Tuesday two weeks early.

I obviously said yes. On Tuesday Trevor and Jack showed up promptly at 8:30am for the installation. During installation they both were very respectful and motivated to complete the install. At the end of the installation Trevor walked me through all of my new equipment showing me how to preform the basic things as well as what to do in case anything goes wrong.

After Trevor and Jack left there were no signs of any trash or dirt from them spending 7.5 hours installing, everything was clear and clean like it never happened. Overall my experience with Meyer has been 100% 5 stars. I was even able to speak with Mike about his workforce and got some insight to how he runs his business. This is a wonderful opportunity for you as a consumer to experience and support a local business that cares about the customer and employees. So if you are in the market for a new HVAC company give Meyer Heating and Air a chance to show you what they showed me.

Meyer Heating and Air came to replace our furnace and A/C unit today, and they did an excellent job! They were friendly, hardworking, neat, and courteous. At the end, it looked like it was a manager who came to make sure everything was up to their expectations, which I really appreciated. It showed they take their work seriously. I've had nothing but good experiences with Meyer. They have replaced an A/C unit for us and have serviced our HVAC system for a few years now. They're very professional and responsive and have an excellent annual maintenance program with fair pricing. Special shout-out to Paul, who has been our technician on multiple occasions. Jack did a phenomenal job and took his time explaining the potential issues with my aged equipment. The only item that was forgotten is that he forgot to turn the furnace power switch back on before he left the residence. This was a simple mistake and has no relevance on his expertise or craftsmanship. I would happily hire him to do more work on my system.
