We have been in Bethel Park for the last two years and have used Mark Allen Plumbing for a new furnace,water heater,and air conditioning system. They have also replumbed a remodeled bathroom and today fixed a gutter drainage problem. Each of these times the service provided was exemplary and the craftsman very skilled. Very professional. I had Bill come out, and he had my drain in the basement straightened out in just over an hour. Very knowledgeable guys, they did amazing work. Price is very affordable as well, they were literally less than half the cost of the quote that I got from Roto-Rooter, and they were a lot more efficient than even I expected. I will absolutely call them again for any work that I need done around my house, and I will suggest them to all of my friends.

My furnace went out on a bitterly cold night. I called Mark Allen Plumbing and Adam showed up quickly. He found the problem. The very next day a crew was there and I had a new furnace. As it turns out I needed Adam's help again because the new furnace had issues. He diagnosed the problem. He went the extra mile to resolve it. I was referred to Mark Allen from a friend and I'm sure glad she did! My furnace had been acting funny for a month before it broke completely. The people at Mark Allen were very helpful and friendly.
