I have used this company 5 or 6 times in the last few years for my primary residence and for rental properties. They have come out for simple fixes (A/C unit not cooling properly) to major repairs (replacing my entire A/C/ unit and heat pump). As the other reviews say, these guys really are the best. Their level of service and friendliness is above and beyond what I expected. They immediately make you feel comfortable and there's never any high-pressure sales tactics. Their prices are in-line (perhaps on the lower end) with other companies and the peace of mind I get from using these guys is priceless. This is 100% my go-to heating and A/C company for all jobs, big and small.

Awesome service! I have been using American Home Shield for almost 5 years now and I never have good luck with AC companies coming out to fix issues. No kidding it usually takes weeks to get the problems fixed. Our AC went out 07/10/2018 at 730pm and I put the call in and at 8:39AM on 07/11/2018 Doyle Patton Service employee Keith called me to say he was on his way. Keith arrived at 9:26 AM and figured out the problem very quickly, replaced the part and was done within an hour. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the service. On Monday night our AC went out, and we called Doyle Patton first thing Tuesday morning because they did such a fantastic and job for us previously repairing our refrigerator. We told Bridget that our AC went out and if she can please help us. Bridget was totally professional and totally expedited the process and was able to get someone out same day. Technicians Steve and Harrison came by shortly after and they were able to trouble shoot and repair the unit and was also transparent of what the issue was. They also advised on some preventative measures of maintaining our heating and cooling system. I felt like they were also honest and reasonable in terms of cost of repairs. Overall, very honest locally family owned business, that does honest work that I recommend, and will continue to use if ever I have issues with appliances or Heating and Air system.
