Awesome. I called yesterday and they came out today to troubleshoot my A/C. 3 yr old house and my AC wont cool the house below 83F. I was low on freon by 32% b/c of a leak. Cost $85 service fee, and $95 for leak test, $20/lb of freon. I will be joining their maintenance program for $69/ bi-annually. They come out twice (once to check A/C in spring and Furnace in fall). If anything goes wrong afterward, they will come out again 1 time for free. Included are filter changes, A/C cleaning, system operation checks, duct cleanliness checks.
