First and last time using. Here's why. The technician diagnosed a drain clog, and after we declined repair, the technician asked for the $89 service fee. We understood from the office, when we scheduled the call, that we would be billed for payment and could send a check. Acknowledging there was a misunderstanding somewhere, the technician called the owner for guidance.

Do you know what the owner of the business said? You'll never guess. He said he would send the $89 invoice to a collections agency! Unless we paid right now! Wow. I've never met a business so hungry for $89 that they're willing to scare off a potential repeat customer at the first visit. Great job, Liberty Air! I know they have 4.9 stars on Google, but scroll through and read some of the low ratings before scheduling that call.

Our air conditioner started blowing hot air on a Friday morning. I called and we were seen the same day! The technician was professional, and fixed our issue in 30 minutes. They saved us from a weekend without air conditioning and we are so grateful. From start to finish this was a great experience, thank you! Service: A/C system repair

Everyone at Liberty Air is incredibly nice and helpful. I was hoping to put off getting a new unit for a few more months, but the old one completely broke. Liberty provided me with a spot cooler ASAP and I could not have been more grateful. The men who came to do my installation did an amazing job and were super knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Liberty!

I came home from vacation to find my AC not working. Traevon with Libert Air came within half an hour of my call on a Saturday. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Not only that, but he went above and beyond to identify and fix two other smaller issues with my AC system. Excellent service all around! Service: A/C system repair

Liberty Air is always great. Discovered A/C not working properly at 8:30AM. I called and they had someone out by 10:30 who diagnosed and fixed the problem by 11am. The technicians are always polite and professional, this visit was Trae-Von. It is such a relief to have such quick service during summer in Florida! Service: A/C system repair

I will never use them again. I called them to my condo's roof for an AC diagnostic and they tried to charge me $215 for three missing wire nuts- on top of the $89 diagnostic for a total of over $300. Thankfully, I had the maintenance man in my office go up there and deduce that "three wire nuts" were all that required to get my unit working again-and Liberty might have gotten away with it, too, if my maintenance man wasn't HVAC certified. Also, the fact that the nuts were completely MISSING was very strange.

I originally called them out there because the AC wasn't blowing cold enough, but then I find out from the Liberty technician that the unit is completely inoperable and won't even turn on. Roof work was done on the complex's roof in the preceding days, but the maintenance man said there would've been no reason to unplug my unit AND that doesn't change what they tried to charge me the for three wire nuts to fix it. Draw your own conclusions about who unplugged what. I'm not calling them again.

I called Liberty Air Conditioning at about 9:10pm. on 2/17/22 regarding a problem with our air conditioner. We received a c/b from Hunter, the technician, saying he could service us tonight if we wanted, and let us know there was no overtime fee when we asked. We said yes, and he arrived around 10:00pm. Hunter was very courteous; solved our pump problem very quickly; and checked our system for other problems.

He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. He gave us additional information about products and services Liberty provides. He was very pleasant and helpful. We were very pleased with the service we received and will certainly call Liberty in the future for additional services.

Excellent work by Bill! I cashed in on a coupon and thought the service would be suspect....but boy was I wrong......Bill went above and beyond on the service he provided and will definitely get my call for future service! I wish more companies got on board with appreciating the customer's business.
