Brian has worked in multiple homes of mine. He has always given me honest feedback and does very good work.

Almost ran me off the road. After phoning the company to speak with a manager about the drivers erratic driving, I was instantly harassed and cussed out before getting a chance to speak. Would never let someone like this in my home, they clearly do not care about the work they do or their reputation.

Awful company with extremely incompetent and terrible service, avoid at all costs.

I have been in business for 19 years. We have used liberty air since day one, and the previous owners had liberty air for many more. I have never had a problem and would reccomend them to anyone. Any issues we had were taken care of.

Rude and unprofessional. Awful service and expensive. Do your self a favor and call anyone else. Run don't walk.

Do not use this company! The owner, Brian, screamed and cussed at my mother in our own home. He even insulted her weight told her to, "Eat another Twinkie and f*** off you b*tch." She asked him to leave several times and he refused, saying he worked for the landlord not her and he didn't have to leave. When he finally left he slammed our door and then he continued to scream and cuss at her outside on his way to his vehicle.

He also told her that "he the landlord would be getting a bill even though he did zero work" and he did nothing. It was honestly the craziest thing I've ever seen and I have a newborn in the house who was trying to sleep with him screaming and disrespecting her. He is hostile and downright rude and nasty, and not safe to let into your home.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. The employees can only be compared to Satan's minions, as they have no morals, and do not care about anyone. On top of their rude attitudes, they didn't even fix anything. Stay away from this company!

Well to be honest if I could leave no stars I would. Why do a job you no longer want to do because it's to hot for you to be outside. You are in the business of helping people. And you act like a teenager and thats being nicely. Being disrespectful and rude to a customer even a tenet of one of your customers isn't called for. Would you like someone treating your family the same way?

I wouldn't think so but then again how you acted you not care. Please anyone looking for heating and air work please look for someone else because after they do their job they will be rude and not willing to help. I am disappointed in a company like this more or less the owners. I have contact the bbb and filed a formal complaint wish you the best

I would highly recommend Liberty Air. We were looking for an A/C system for our house which was already setup with a hot air system. Jeff stopped by and gave us a very reasonable quote which matched or beat every other quote we had gotten. While he was at our house for the quote he also pointed out some things we could do on our own to improve our efficiency (ie. taping some ducts to ensure a better seal).

We decided to go with Liberty Air and Jeff stopped by a few days later to install the system. He took the A/C unit out of the box and noticed a dent. Rather than try to convince us it wasn't a big deal, he pointed it out to us and promptly drove it back to the supply center and swapped it out for a non-damaged one. He was back an hour later and he and his small team installed the system and showed us how to operate it.

While he was waiting for his electrician to finish up, he did some (free) work on our ducts, such as making sure they were all securely fastened and replacing nails where the duct work was loose. This was the first contractor I have ever used that I would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation. You can tell Jeff takes pride in his work and is not out to take shortcuts or mislead customers into upcharges once half of the work is done.
