Absolutely the best! I have used Landgraf for various scheduled and emergency heating and plumbing needs and every time they are excellent. Top notch quality, great technicians, and fair honest transparent pricing. These guys truly are the best.

Critical: Professionalism Was nearly run off the interstate when trying to merge into I-25 by one of their drivers. Dude intentionally sped up to prevent me from merging and slowed down when I tried to go behind him. Nice employees

Terrible customer service, I have been working with them for months trying to get a job started and it has gone nowhere. Honestly I don't think they want to take the job, which is fine but they won't come out and say it. Instead they have been giving me the run around for months. Meaning I call, it takes several call backs and back and forths explaining to the lady that answers the phone what I am looking for.

She always has to ask the guy assigned to my invoice and call me back. This can take weeks to go anywhere. Then when the guy comes out to do the estimate, spends all of 5 minutes onsite, says oh yeah no problem I will write up an estimate and send it over. Then nothing for weeks, I call and the lady says the same thing, let me check with him, and nothing for weeks and then the cycle repeats.

I played this game for months and I am done with it. Either they don't want the job or this is an indicator of their quality of work and how they operate. No thanks, not worth it. I'll find someone else that wants to do the work and knows how to run a business, or at minimum knows how to say no.

I been working with landgraf's commercial department for a while now and man can they get work done professionally and on time. They are easy people to work with from the moment I get an estimate to the crew that comes out and performs the job. They are a small company but very reliable.

We had a partial clog and backup in our basement at our house yesterday and called in. Dispatch was awesome and gave us an 8:00-Noon window for today. Arnold called ahead and arrived as his first appointment of the day a little before 8:00 and was awesome, friendly, capable, and very professional. Just wanted to give him a shout-out.

Great install! The two installers Chris and Jacob were fantastic. They were professional, great with my pets and did an impeccable job. The furnace and AC look and run great. Chris also spent extra time to make sure my thermostat was configured correctly for my high efficiency furnace. Also, very greatful to Linda and Bruce for getting everything arranged, it's been great working with you two. I have used Landgraf for the last 3 years, they are reliable, friendly and have been excellent to work with! Deepest Thanks!

I've been using Landgraf for all of my heating and plumbing needs since I moved into my house almost 3 years ago and I've never had anything but good experiences with them. I first hired them to install AC in my house for a really reasonable price and then they did the same for my friend whom I referred. Since then they've fixed clogged pipes, leaks, and recently replaced an old toilet.

They even came once early on because I forgot to change the filter in my AC unit and managed not to laugh in my face when it turned out that was the issue (oops!). Everyone I've spoken to/worked with has been incredibly friendly. Linda (who typically answers when I call) is so sweet and patient, and I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get someone to come out for a service call. I've seen a few different faces at my house but most recently Joe came over to replace the toilet and my dog was a complete a*hole to him.

He had every right to walk out and be incredibly angry at me but instead he was so nice about it, stayed, and did a great job with the installation. They've definitely earned my loyalty.

Had a great experience with Landgraf when our water heater flooded a section of the basement. They were prompt, sending a team within 3 hours, and the price was fair. Steve and Steven were friendly and skillful, which made an unpleasant day a little better. I recommend them to anyone seeking quality service.

Had a problem with my furnace which never got fixed they just kept trying to rebuild it, eventually they said I need an all new furnace unit installed, so I figured I would wait because it was may and summer was on the way. I than used them for my plumbing issue for my bathroom sink drain which was leaking so they replaced my drain line for my upstairs bathroom but after the repair it wouldn't drain proper.

I called in and spoke with Denise who transferred me over to Bob Landgraf, come to find out he doesn't have any experience in plumbing or HVAC never touched a tool doesn't even own a drill ride as can be. Anyhow I went with someone else they changed out my burners on my furnace problem solved, and my drain for my bathroom had back fall so they had to correct the issue.

I used Landgraf for a large work project and after doing such an excellent job at my office, I decided to try them for my home as I needed new hot water heaters. Calling the office, you speak with Linda, one of the most delightful individuals I have interacted with at a business. She answered my questions and when she needed more information, she obtained it and got back to me quickly.

I price compared and their pricing was excellent. The installation was done by Michael and Chris-as professional as you get, keeping my house spotless (despite the fresh snow outside) and doing an excellent job. This was, as estimated, a 6 hour job yet they made my wife feel comfortable as she was home while they were working. This is a company I will certainly be using again for both my business and home plumbing needs.

I replaced a 25 yr. old furnace with a Trane high efficiency furnace and am very pleased. My house feels much more comfortable. I like having the wireless thermostat, gives me more control. The follow-up from Landgraf was great, the system is working wonderfully.

They installed in May a new hot water heater that is also part of our heating system. They were quick to respond and replace my burst heater. When it got cold yesterday, the heating system was not working. I emailed Bob Landgraf last night and he immediately sent out one of his technicians who quickly corrected the problem. If you have a hot water, forced air heating system (mostly found in condos) this is the company to call. They are a very professional, reliable and responsive HVAC and plumbing company.

Landgraf has been taking care of my plumbing and heating since 2006. They have been professional, courteous, and honest while I have dealt with many major repairs to my 1929 home. I had to replace the original boiler which heats all the radiators in my home. It was a massive undertaking that required taking apart and hauling upstairs alot of very heavy and dirty components.

They were more contentious of my home and making sure that no damage occured than I could have hoped. My house now heats better than ever and I couldn't be happier. Their cost was lower than some other quotes I recieved, and the workmanship was better. Thanks so much for being a honest company that has integrity, that can be hard to find!

When my evaporative cooler completely broke down last summer, I was referred to Landgraf for a company who could replace it quickly and efficiently. This recommendation came from a friend who also said "I never use any other company for help with HVAC issues." Well, that was good advice, because a knowledgeable representative came by to evaluate the need, and estimate the cost and timing of the replacement.

The price was fair, and the timeframe met my expectations. Within a few days, a new cooler was in place, and we were once again enjoying a comfortable cool home. I am pleased to give this company high raves for great service, friendly and professional sales staff, as well as an efficient and neat installer. Wonderful service from beginning to end. My furnace broke and I called and they came out the same day and diagnosed the issue and resolved my issue. The induction system needed to be replaced and they ordered it overnight and replaced it at the scheduled time. We were very happy with them and will use this company for all our maintenance and future needs!

Once Loyal, Now Gone. I have spent thousands of dollars with Landgraf, having used them to install an A/C unit in my home and for various repairs and maintenance calls over the past ten years. As a Realtor, I have referred many clients to Landgraf who have used them for larger projects as well. It's that history that earned the extra star. Today I called to have a plumbing leak repaired on one of my listings when the inspector called me to say he couldn't stop it.

I called my go-to plumber who spoke to the gal who said she would be able to fit me in the schedule. I let her know that my clients would be paying by credit card over the phone as they'd already relocated or if needed, I would pay for the repairs. After waiting at the property for 2.5 hours for Landgraf to show, I got a call from another gal, apparently her superior, telling me that they would not be coming out that day and that they never schedule new customers on the day of service and that it was C.O.D.

I explained that payment would be made at the time of service, either over the phone or by me. She was so rude, interrupting that they didn't bill new customers and these people lived out of state and they weren't coming today. I explained again, and I was not happy. Not only was the screw up on the original scheduler putting in the wrong information, not only did I have to reschedule my days appointments to wait for the plumber (that's how my job goes), but the second call came at 4:30, leaving me unable to find another plumber without paying an emergency charge.

I would have been able to do that if they'd called in a timely manner. The WORST PART-- because hey, things happen-- Debbie (I think that's he name) was extremely rude and put out. Rude to me for being upset that they'd screwed up, wasted my time not only for the day but because I 'll have to make a return trip tonight to empty the bucket and one in the early morning, and kept repeating thatthey had to be paid C.O.D. even after I told her the bill would be taken care of on the spot.

I explained I'm not a new customer, use them myself and refer them business to which she replied "Realtors have burned us before". WHAT? My business is based on how well I take care of my clients. My reputation is enhanced or diminished by the vendors I refer, so I am carefully in my vetting process. If I make a mistake, I make every attempt to correct it in a professional and courteous manner. because that's my job.

When I told her I wished she'd have called earlier so I could have made other arrangements, she told me "Maybe you should take your business elsewhere". I will. Now, maybe she was angry at the gal who made the first error, but sometimes you have to make the hard phone calls, knowing the customer will not like the information, or maybe Landgraf has all the business they need.

If they continue to treat customers like this that won't be the case for long. I'm sure the next plumbing and heating company I find will be grateful for the thousands of dollars I refer to them each year. Wh

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, this is one of the most unprofessionally run companies that I've ever dealt with, aside from their technician Marty. I spoke with Denise and the owner Bob, both were rude and condescending. Denise promised me a refund for services that were done that didn't fix the problem. When I called back nearly two weeks later to follow up on the refund she then said "we're not giving you a refund now".

When I started to ask questions she cut me off and sent me to the owner Bob, who was combative and condescending. I cannot understand how the heck this company is still in business, it's unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. BEWARE.

We have been using Landgraf since purchasing my home in 2004. From water heater replacement, to furnace maintenance and gas line install - these guys are the BEST! Every tech who has been out has been professional and has taken the time to share the reason behind the repair and the functionality. You can tell they love their job and working for Landgraf.

They are very quick to respond to my calls and emails. I've had conversations with the owner of the Colorado company and he has been very courteous, respectful and a great guy. I would take these other reviews with a grain of salt - some people can just be overly sensitive. Each tech who has visited my house for work has a long history with the company - that speaks volumes of the ownership and tech retention level is high!

I definitely recommend for all HVAC, heating and plumping needs. We're in the process of building a new home and rest assured they will be the our go-to heating and plumbing needs!

I have had a good experience with their field personnel. They don't make me feel stupid are efficient on time and kind to my dogs. The tech Bruce Scurlock even remembered he had been to my home before.at least a year or two ago. I don't know about the owners.but I have been very pleased with the front line staff who have been in my home.

Don't use. We can say this with full authority as we've been loyal customers with Landgraf for a decade. We trusted this company implicitly with their HVAC and Plumbing divisions. Thing is, we just had an incident where their assessment was called into question.instead of answering our queries in a civil, educated manner, we were screamed at on the phone -- even threatened to be sued. The owner is a loose cannon as was already witnessed by another review posted here.

Stopped using them. 9 years ago, they fixed my furnace but told me that I needed to replace it because the burners were going. A few years later I had someone else look at it. He cleaned the burners and said it had at least another 15 years on it before I needed to worry about it (it has been fine). 6 years ago, they fixed my water heater that they had just installed 2 years previous and said that I needed to replace the entire heating element.

I blew that off and it has been fine. They also replaced all the piping from my leaking tub drain which started leaking again a few months later. But in fairness it is an old tub with old piping and probably had to be jerry rigged to some degree. And they also told me I needed to replace my old toilet because the phalange is too small due to it being such an old model.

That is debatable, I suppose, but it has pretty much been ok. Anyway, I finally asked myself "why do I keep using these guys when they're always telling me I have to replace everything?". So I stopped.

We had a problem with our furnace not lighting on the first try, so they sent someone out multiple times to fix the problem. Each time, he replaced parts in our furnace, left, and the problem occurred almost immediately after the visit. After throwing parts at the furnace without correcting the problem (and charging us big bucks each time) we finally complained to the company, and they sent out a supervisor.

The supervisor measured the gas pressure, and said we weren't getting enough gas from Xcel. We called Xcel, and they fixed the problem at no charge. The furnace has worked fine ever since. Had the original technician (Marty) checked the gas pressure instead of just replacing part after part, our furnace problem would have been fixed quickly, and for at least $1000 less than what we paid for the repairs that didn't fix anything. Don't hire these people for furnace repair!
