Well, after Hurricane/ Tropical Storm Irene the basement in my renovated historical home was completely wiped out. I had to replace my hot water heater, my HVAC system, washer/dryer, floors, walls... EVERYTHING! I had worked with unreliable contractors in the past, so I was nervous about moving forward. Yet from the moment I met Howard Kook, I knew everything would be ok. He had the water heater replaced within two hours of our first meeting. He gave me an honest estimate. No hidden costs; and when his workers discovered the source of why my basement had flooded (and would continue to flood with every major rain storm), he offered up a workable solution.
