Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning

My furnace went out during the coldest weekend of the winter season and they came and fixed it right away! I highly recommend for a thorough, honest job.

I have been overall pleased with my experiences working with KHAC. They installed a mini split for me. The bid ($) seemed fair in comparison to other leading companies. Unfortunately I am not very happy with the unit's performance, but after a fair bit of research, it does not appear to be related to the quality of the install or the model they recommended to me. More like a manufacturing defect that I am working with KHAC and Mitsubishi to correct (these things can and do happen). The people I have talked to on the phone for scheduling have always been SUPER nice. And the salesman who sold me the mini split also seems to be a stand up guy. I was less impressed with another salesman I worked with on a bid for a furnace swap out (he spec'ed out a furnace oversized for my house) but I assume it was an honest mistake. I ended up going with another company and passed along the reason why to KHAC. I would recommend at least considering them for your next HVAC job. I will.

I would HIGHLY recommend this local company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We live in Florida and purchased a condo in Kirkwood which had a recently installed HVAC system. However, it turned out that the system was incorrectly installed making it nearly impossible to change the filter. The installing company refused to fix the problem, and another wanted an exorbitant amount to correct it.

Gary, from Kirkwood Heating, came out and figured out a solution in short order - and at a fraction of the cost. The work was done quickly and neatly, and the filter can now be easily changed. Good job!

I am not easy to please when it comes to home services, but Kirkwood Heating & Cooling was great. From the quote process through the install of my new hot water heater and flue, the team was friendly, timely, accurate, and affordable. Will use again if I ever have HVAC issues.

I appreciated that he gave me several different options to address my issue and took the time to answer my questions. I didn't feel like I was being hustled, and that is a good feeling! The guys did a great job installing the furnace & air conditioner - the area was spotless when they left. Would definitely use again.

Chris has been to our home several times to assist with our H/AC issues in a 100 year old home. He is patient and goes beyond our expectations helping us. We GREATLY appreciate the help he has given us.

Wish there were more stars to give!!! Very thorough and professional employees. The technicians are the best! People usually get cranky when the AC goes out and it's super hot. We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Gary and Collin were phenomenal!!! Very courteous, polite and friendly. They answered all of my questions and they worked well as a team. The work sites were completely cleaned up :)

Tyler came to my condo as I have a particular small compacted hvac system. He has experience working with national comfort as many do not. The last guy who came to resolve my issue just put easy seal on it because he didn't want to do the work. Tyler diagnosed my problem then gave me a resolution. He was honest, fair, and professional. I can't say enough good things about my experience and look forward for them to help with future repairs!

Our heating system went down. Sales responded immediately. Installation staff was great! Luke and Jason removed the old unit and installed the new one. Steve worked on some duct work. After the hottest day of the year, thus far, 6/18/21, my A/C unit decides to stop working. After a miserable night of extreme heat, I called Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning around 6:30am on a Saturday morning. Their technician, Kevin, arrived at my home in about 40 minutes. He was able to get us squared away in no time. Because of the circumstances, I wasn't really worried about the price, but the fact that Kevin came out so quickly, I would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks Kevin!

These guys are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly people in every facet, thanks guys/gals for making this as convenient, quickly installed, and comfortable in St. Louis smack dab in the middle of June!!!

Care was taken on little things like using drop cloths to not get the house dirty, meticulous post-installation cleanup, and a crash course in operating the system and reading basic codes from it etc. Basically, KHAC and its people in the field rock.

Kirkwood Heating and A/C did a great job installing a new HVAC system within tight quarters in my home. Gary is a master installer and a true perfectionist. Collin rounds out the team and has a great mentor in Gary to become a star. Plan to use and recommend KHAC for my future HVAC needs.
