Had a cleaning and the tech turned off the breaker outside and forgot to turn it back on. So, I had to have them back for a service call. Initially they charged me for the service call that was they're error but after speaking to them they agreed that it was they're error and removed the charge. Other than this incident I have been happy with they're service.

The staff and technicians at Ken Williams Air Conditioning are extremely professional, knowledgable and customer oriented. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and did an excellent job obtaining replacement parts when most suppliers were out of inventory. They replaced a defective blower motor and installed new ductwork throughout the house. All work was completed on schedule for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ken Williams Air Conditioning and will use them for all my future air conditioning needs.

I telephone this business today because I am looking for an A/C safety guard. Someone stole the A/C unit from a newly constructed house. From the moment they answered my call it was professionalism shown. Jen called me back. I'm waiting for a quote, but just experiencing their professionalism will be a BIG factor if I get them to install the guard or not. I did not accept the quote, I thought it was too high.

FABULOUS! And, saved us a TON of money! We had already had a technician from another company come out and tell us that we had a leak and needed to replace a part that with labor cost over $2000. With that being the case, we were thinking about having to replace our system (it's almost 10 years old). Bob from Ken Williams came out, tested the system and discovered that the leak wasn't even in the part that the other company told us was bad! PLUS, he had the tools in his truck to go ahead and fix it for a FRACTION of the cost. Our A/C is blowing cold air again and we couldn't be happier!

We are new to the area and needed a complete new A/C and heating system. It took less than a week to complete from first sales call to finished installation and inspection. Sales person office staff and installation contractors were knowledgeable, polite and professional. So far we are quite happy with all aspects of our dealings with this company and hope to have a long term relationship with them down the road.

Installed new central HVAC system in condo beach side, They brought the system up to current building codes and handled all building paper work. They did a Good job at a fair price. I found this small Local family run business to be reliable, friendly and caring to their customers. A big difference then dealing with Large company's just trying to sell you things you don't need. YES I would recommend them to any one!

I had so many issues via American Home Shield warranty, in order to actually send a company out that will go on a second floor roof. 2 companies both refused to go on the roof. We waited over a week while our AC unit kept leaking into our ceiling causing damage. Finally after a week of going back and forth they allowed us to use an outside contractor.
I decided to use ken williams because of the companies amazing google reviews and 5 stars, unlike the companies AHS had sent us. They were extremely professional, super honest and open. I was expecting given my system is over 10 years old, to be told we needed a new system, but the serviceman worked diligently and gave us a very detailed diagnostic report, cleaned out the system and drain etc and was very reasonable cost. Absolutely fantastic!

Called Ken Williams A/C this morning at 9:00am for service. The CSA (customer service agent) was very pleasant and professional. She had service tech, Keith out to my home by 11:30. Keith was well equipped professional and knowledgeable most importantly patient (I ask lots of questions). Keith determined the problem discussed my options and with my approval provided the service my system required. Keith said he will follow up in a week to insure the systems performance. How could you ask for better service?

Moved into house and found the AC not to be running right. it was Sunday so I left message. Received call back from Ken Williams Co. And they got me on scheduled for Monday. The technician was on time. He gave me a list of things that needed attention and prioritize them according to what had to be done and what should be done going forward. They weren't pushy.
I opted for him to do it all and my AC is running great. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend them. As for the $ value, I couldn't shop around so I don't know if they were reasonable.

Its the middle of a Florida summer and the temperature in my home wasn't maintaining in fact it was getting warm. I called first thing in the morning and by 11 AM my unit was working like new. My house is comfortable again and Keith the service man was professional, absolutely knowledgeable and quick. I had no issues paying a reasonable price for this great service and will not consider calling another company or recommending them.

I call early this morning. A wonderful woman answered the phone with a beautiful smile in her voice. Booked my appointment for this evening. She called later to say the repair man was slightly ahead of schedule. Still had that smile in her voice. The men got here fixed my problem in less than half an hour. VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Ken Williams & his technicians did an excellent job of cleaning & repairing my 2 Trane AC units, thoroughly cleaned our ductwork, & installed 2 APCO Air Purifiers on our home units. (We'd experienced poor air quality for 3 years with another company's service.) The musty air quality improved immediately! I found this company to be very fairly priced; their service was prompt, on time, & highly professional. Very grateful!

We have used Ken Williams Air for quite a long time for our summer home and have found them to be excellent. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have also helped us with a mold problem. They have been nothing but the best and I highly recommend them. We have been impressed with their service, rates and professionalism.
