Failed to fix my AC problem after many visits. Need better technicians certainly. But they are responsive.

I rarely use my air conditioner and thoughtbit was time to get the system serviced. From calling to schedule the appointment to having Larry the technician service the unit and answering the questions I had, he ended up installing better registers throughout the house as well as an amazing new thermostat. When he installed the new registers he paid very close attention to details in cleaning everything as if it were his own house. Above and beyond the best service. Great people who exhibit pride in customer service and workmanship. Would only use them in the future.

For years our ac froze you in the office and no ac in the master bedroom. Other company quoted $1500 plus to fix it. Larry from Kenmitz called 30 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. Very professional young man! He diagnosed the problem, installed several dampers and balanced the entire airflow throughout the house. The ac no longer sounds like a hurricane in the attic and I can sleep in a cool master bedroom. Well done Larry and Kenmitz. Cost was much lower than competitors quote.

Here it is 3 years later and I again have received excellent service and efficiency from kemnitz. The technician Robert was courteous knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, returned, and completed the service. system works great. I highly recommend buying your system through Kemnitz. Brandon came out for a service call to our home in Irvine to service our heating system that had been out. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. I'm warm! My furnace stopped working before the holidays and it was cold inside and out. I like to tinker with things so I Googled and Youtube'd. I tried this and that, ordered this part and that tool and still could not get it work. I called Kemnitz, who has been taking care of my AC and furnace since around 2005, and they dispatched Jason who fixed the problem.

I wasted a lot of time and a decent amount of money before I called the guys who knew what they were doing. I don't have much experience with other firms because I always call Kemnitz but they check all the boxes so I'll keep calling them.

My heater was not working and I called Kemnitz & made an appt and Larry arrived on time, was courteous & polite and put booties on each time he came into my home. He was here for a little over an hour and evaluated & changed the part that was broken and replaced the filter (which hadn't been changed for years) and I will recommend him & the company to everyone I know. We have been a customer of Kemnitz A/C and Heating for 30 years. They have serviced our HVAC system every 6 months for preventative maintenance during that time. When we needed a new system, there was no question that we would contract with Kemnitz for the work. Alan Kemnitz and his staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. Larry came, figured out our problem in 2 minutes. They were prompt, courteous, professional and honest. I cannot stress enough, they are the people to use. They are trustworthy and the whole staff is caring. Kylie made my appointment and was attentive, helpful and polite.

We are so grateful that we called Kemnitz when our heater stopped working right before Christmas! They were super responsive, coming the first time on a Saturday and quickly diagnosing the problem. When Joey Vasco worked in our home he was incredibly polite and respectful! It was such a pleasure to have him and we will always call Kemnitz in the future. Highly recommend!

I have used this company for years and they are great. I called earlier in the week and got the appointment I was looking for at the end of the week. I had a technician named Joey come to this house this time for maintenance issue for upstairs AC. I was having a condensation drip coming from underneath roof line that wouldn't stop. He called beforehand to say he was on his way and running early.

I like that! He was very professional putting slip-on booties on over his work boots. Joey diagnosed the issue right away and did the necessary maintenance on upstairs AC. I also had him do maintenance on my downstairs AC. Kemnitz had installed the downstairs AC 2 years ago and did a phenomenal job. Joey recommended putting safety valves on the units in attic to prevent a leak from happening.

I went ahead with his recommendation. Joey was knowledgeable and very efficient. Very nice guy! Our AC is working perfectly in this hot weather. I am so happy it was just maintenance and not replacement. Thank you for all your hard work!

Last year we moved into a new place in Irvine and the heat didn't work in the middle of a cold January. I was referred to Kemnitz and they took care of it the next day. The service was prompt, friendly and high quality. The heater was fixed right away and the fee was reasonable. Last week the A/C stopped cooling and I called Kemnitz and requested Joshua again.

He just left and replaced the broken capacitor on the main unit outside in less than 15 minutes. A/C is working fine again. Joshua is caring, professional and gets the job done! This is an honest and fair company that does quality work with a good attitude.

Made a phone call to Kemnitz to schedule an appointment for service which was quickly answered, but they were booked for the Memorial Day weekend and next available service was one week out from the day I called. There was no rush and I decided to go with the company because they had serviced my unit before. Jason was my service technician and he was extremely polite and professional.

He called me within the time frame of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was able to immediately identify a couple issues with my unit (air filter, fuse not in place causing low voltage to the fan) and gave me some recommendations on my unit. He was also patient with me on all my questions and concerns and within 15 minutes of him arriving, my AC was running and the only extra part I need to purchase is an air filter.

Shout out to Jason for not only being efficient about diagnosing the issue with my AC unit but he even had shoe cozies to cover his shoes while he walked inside my house! Of all the HVAC people I have dealt with, he has easily been the most courteous and helpful.

We just had a complete changeover of Air Conditioner and Heater in out home by Kemnitz. Both Rob and Rob were superior in their efforts to make this happen in one day and with NO Suprises. They worked tirelessly in our stifling attic on a very hot day to get the job done. We went to bed that night very cool and very happy with their fine job. Thank you guys!

Had the furnace and fan replaced, also got high flow vents. The service was very quick and knowledgeable, they had everything moving very quick so we can have a warm house the next night (I had to sign a waiver to speed things up, it's the law, they helped us with that). The installation next day was pretty quick and clean. They covered the floors, but you still have to vacuum afterwards, of course, they took down a 26yr old furnace covered in dust and (I'm assuming) spiders from the attic, that's normal.

But the whole process was cleaner and faster than expected and I appreciated that. Of course there is always a funny guy who talks too much or seems annoyed by you, but the others were professional and courteous, doing a great job!

Joshua arrived on time and was very attentive. We had a funny problem with the overflow of the condensate water in our overly complicated plumbing system. He patiently researched it and in the end also recommended installing a check valve to prevent it happening again and harming the motor. I have used several firms like this and they are the best I've had. They were recommended to me by our very good home handyman firm Newport Handyman, Josiah Williams. Good guys know the others
