One of the only companies that actually sat down to take the time to properly size a new furnace and AC. Brent was detailed, patient, and knowledgeable about what he was selling. The install crew were all top notch, completed the install over the course of a couple days for a new High efficiency furnace and AC. A+ with sales and install. Only gripe is when is comes to service.
I had my new equip installed in Dec 2020 -- been working well since then. Called last season for a routine AC service and was told I could not schedule a service at that point in the season, and essentially forfeited my free service for the first year. I did not know I couldn't have my AC serviced later in the season (was still hot out). Would have been nice to get a courtesy credit for an AC service for this season. I've referred several colleagues to the company and it's a bummer that the service fell through in that regard.

My experience with Kappler was top notch! I appreciated that the estimating team was thorough to understand my needs and my house/situation to properly propose the right AC system. They really distinguished themselves from the other quotes/estimates that I got from their competitors. The install team was on time and thorough to address all finished conditions and logistics around my house.
Everyone was friendly and I felt like they took care of my house like it was their own. 10/10 would recommend. They went above and beyond to be sure they addressed all of my questions and educated me on the new system and how to use it. Just can't say enough good things about Kappler!

Brent provided us with an estimate to install an air conditioning system on our new home. We declined having the builder install the AC because they only offered a 13 Seer system and we wanted to get a more efficient compressor. Brent texted me when he was on the way and he arrived exactly on time. He was very courteous and respectful upon entering our home and offered to wear a mask and he put booties over his shoes.
He answered all my questions about the pros and cons of getting a more efficient compressor and he suggested that the ceiling cold air return in the basement be eliminated and a return be installed near floor level instead. All in all, Brent was very thorough with the information he collected and with8 explaining everything we asked. Due to Brent's professionalism and the past great experiences I have had with Kappler Mechanical, we decided to move ahead with the project and get on their schedule. Steve and Kathy Meister

WoW! Look no more - if you need mini splits, this is your contractor. We needed new heating system and decided on Mitsubishi hyper heat mini-splits. Brent helped us make a good decision, designed a system to fit our 75 year old home and answered all questions. Communication was superb and installment was exceptional. The entire team worked hard to install a great system and make sure we were happy. We were very comfortable with the whole staff in our home for 3 days. Thank you Brent, Beck, Nick, Mike and the others from the Kappler team!

Our home sustained smoke/soot from the Marshall Fire. Kappler Mechanical came to our home promptly to clean and perform maintenance on our furnaces. The technician, Ulises, was prompt, friendly, and professional. He did not hard sell us but told us about other services provided by Kappler. We will definitely call Kappler if we have any electrical needs in the future.

We had a mini split heat pump installed, since we had a number of rooms that had poor heat. As part of this we upgraded the main power board to support faster car charging and improved lighting in s few rooms since we it seems we are working from home for a bit longer. Until this, I thought that you had to expect someone trying to sell you special deal if you sign today and a bunch of random subs though.
In our experience, everyone who worked on the project, about 10 people in total were great. Every other contractor we have dealt with we came away a little disappointed, not Kappler. A good job done at a reasonable price.

Jake was extremely professional and personable. Was very reassuring. No hard sell at all. Very honest and explained things well. The fees are a bit more with Kappler than other services I have used, but absolutely worth it to not be hit up with all kinds of 'extras' that other companies want you to buy. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using their services in the future!

We had a new furnace, heat pump, and water heater installed. Our experience with Kappler was as smooth as a major installation in an older house can possibly be. The salesperson listened to what we envisioned the new system to be and took his time to discuss options with us. On the first day of the installation process, the Kappler team came on time, and they were super professional all the way through.
We have a somewhat older house, and they were able to do the necessary adjustments to the airflow and duct system right there and with a solid solution, without a pricey update to the project. We are now several weeks after installation, and everything works as promised. They were on top of everything. We would always hire this company again!

Complete professional install team. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Install was nicely done with minimal changes to my home.
