We placed an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon with a lot of guests in the house. The technician came and repaired it in the next 2 hours. Outstanding workmanship, and professional.

Trung was quick to respond on a Saturday morning. My A/C went out during the night and I woke up to sweating at 4am. I called KAC Express at 6:30am and he was there by 7:15am. He quickly determined the problem and fixed it in under an hour. I can say without a doubt that his service was excellent and would recommend KAC Express to anyone needing A/C help.

Our AC went out after hours and luckily we found Mr. Nguyen! We called and within 15 minutes he was here, and our problem fixed! Highly recommend!

KAC Express did an outstanding job in replacing and installing two new thermostats and 2 new central AC units at my home (which included condensers, evaporating coils etc). Trung and his crew were on time, very courteous, professional, cleaned up after their work and were able to explain what services they performed. I have to units at home ant the unit that runs the second floor was not cooling, I called KAC and Mr. Trung was very responsive and scheduled a maintenance right away for the next day, he run a diagnosis in my unit and nailed the problem, basically the evaporator was done, KAC did a good job and they were very professional during the whole process and the price was a fair price with a year warranty, I defenetly will keep KAC as an AC company for any issues or maintenance. I found this business was 4.9 star on Google. When he check Ac problem he said need to replace transformer and it cost $225 (included labor and parts) i agreed to do that and after he done, he ask me $ 325 and my AC was still not working. He told me that the tranformer was good but thermostat need to replace again, for replace thermostat he ask me $ 150.

However i told him i will replace thermostat by my self because i know that my thermostat is good ( look like he was new for this nest thermostat). I bought new Thermostat for him and he can't replace again and he said wire cable problem and he check around two hour and he said again not wire cable that was the other part of Ac again he replace again but still not work my AC because he doesn't how to replace new nest thermostat.

I give him fully charge my old nest thermostat and he was finally done thi jobs. I do not recommend this guy for who have Nest thermostat. And the cost of this repair too expensive and he took too many hours.

I called them on a Sunday night, as that was the day the A/C quit working and was pleasantly surprised when they picked up and scheduled to come out the next day. Excellent service! Look no further for any HVAC needs - I called this company at 6 PM for a commercial retail space HVAC issue - they were at our business within 45 minutes with a highly skilled technician to quickly and properly diagnose the problem and offer an immediate resolution. They even tried to give tips over the phone (without any commitments of work or payment) before coming out to see if we could resolve the problem on our own!

This company was referred to me by my niece. She had work done on her AC unit about a year ago and absolutely was thrilled with their service. I called them on Christmas Eve 2021 in desperate need for AC issues. They came out ON CHRISTMAS. You hear me! On Christmas. He had our AC up and running in less that 30-45 minutes! We called the company at 5 pm on a Saturday when we noticed our AC wasn't cooling the house. He arrived on Sunday at 10 am. He was very knowledgeable and repaired the ac unit in a timely manner. He also offered suggestions to issues he found in the attic. Service: Repair AC

We called this company Sunday morning the gentleman came Sunday afternoon gave us an estimate he was very nice and professional. Monday morning Jorge Jr. Came did measurements he was very nice and professional. Tuesday Jorge Jr and his Father Jorge Sr. came to do the installation and they did a fantastic job. They explained everything they were awesome.

The young lady that called was also so nice. We are very happy with our experience with this company we will definitely use them again and request Jorge Jr and his father. We have lived here 17 years and our home feels great the whole house cooled quickly even our master bedroom that has always been either to hot in summer and freezing in winter. Jorge made sure all the vents were blowing properly the heating system worked properly explained everything they did. We had our duc work replaced, furnace, Ceiling vents and wall return grilles. Trung is excellent technician. Our A/C unit stopped working. I called KAC Express and he was able to come to my house within a couple of hours. Checked the unit and replaced bad capacitor and got it running. Highly recommended.

Hot Houston, TX summer. AC not cooling well, plus vents were so thin, had air escaping! Trung Nguyen came out looked things over asnd gave us an estimate. Looked better than what we planned, so we set the date for his guys to be here, to replace everything (outside and inside units). When the crew arrived (on this 100 degree day), they started by bringing in what looked like space suits! VERY well insulated ducts - made our existing ones look like shredded paper!

They hung them correctly instead of laying them on floor as old ones did. Next, they brought in new panels, evaporator and everything else to build the new unit IN THE ATTIC (new Air Box too)! New Condenser unit outside as well. RESULT. house runs cooler, and the unit does not run as long either - which will be good on the monthly pocket book! As hot as it was, his team finished this big project in one day, and left here with a smile on their faces, KNOWING they did a most professional job!

My Ac went out Friday evening. It was so hot and unbearable by 10. I called 5 different emergency ac repair places I found on Google, nobody had any appointments available. I called KAC Express around 1145 and had an appointment for 12 to 2. I was so happy. He came out on time spent 5 minutes to tell me the problem, had the parts on hand and 45 minutes later my ac was on and running. I highly recommend this business A1 service, on time and I really appreciate him.

It was a lazy, 95-degree sultry Sunday afternoon in August, 2020, when suddenly we experienced half a dozen power surges in a matter of seconds! Our air conditioner began making a horrible, loud buzzing sound. Cool air was no longer flowing through our vents! The house temperature began to rise. Ahhhggg! Who in the world would come out on a Sunday afternoon to fix the problem?!

My husband was sure that no one would, but he found a listing for KAC Express and gave them a call. Trung answered the phone immediately and was at our house within an hour. Twenty minutes later he had our AC humming along nicely and sending out loads of cool air! It seems the flux capacitor (or something like that, lol) had fried in the power surge. Trung Nguyen had it replaced in no time.

It's Independence Day and my AC completely died on me! Trung answered my phone on the first ring and was at my house in just 30 minutes. He figured out the issue right away and even had the part on hand so within an hour my AC was up and roaring and I was no longer roasting in my home! He was so kind and helpful and I still can't believe that he was willing to come on a holiday. He seriously saved the day and he's now officially my AC man!

Contacted KAC Express on Thursday, the 16th of April, with a leakage issue I was having with my A/C unit in the attic. Cristy, the receptionist, was very courteous, polite and professional and upon hearing my concern set up a same day appointment between 12 and 1pm. At 1240pm the technician, by the name of Aaron arrived, heard my concern and immediately went to analyze the leakage situation in my attic. Aaron was very polite, courteous and professional in troubleshooting the situation with my A/C leakage.

I was also very impressed by his personable demeaner and overall knowledge of A/C units and attentive to detail. Thanking all the wonderful people at KAC Express for serving our community with honor, integrity and professionalism.

KAC Express installed my system in 2013-14 time frame. My electric bill went down immediately. After which it worked great each year. Sadly, I recently noted it was struggling to keep the house cool. On Friday, it got pretty bad that evening. I sent a message and they came out the next day. My unit was leaking and the coil needed to be replaced. They added coolant so it would hold until Monday when they could get a new coil.

They called back and said they were able to get the part and could do it the same day. They came back with 4 people and finished up the work in less than 3 hours. The house is back to nice and chilly. I am very pleased with the service.

KAC Express installed two split Trane HVAC units and furnaces at my home - 2 and 3 ton. They did a high quality install and had no issues. The work was all completed within a single work day. The crew was very clean which I really appreciated. They put work mats down all along the path and did not scratch any walls even though my home is three stories high.

The price was very reasonable as well especially considering that they were installing Trane equipment which is often more expensive. Really had no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

Very impressed by this company. Professional and prompt. They replaced our inside and outside units and did a good job. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the condensate drainage (there wasn't enough space in the ceiling to allow for enough slope of the pan). The office was very prompt in sending a technician out to rectify the problem, and it was covered by their labor warranty so it came at no additional cost. They seem very trustworthy.

We are so happy we want with KAC Express. They were the only AC company that could get the part I needed in the same day and come out to fix the problem. With the holiday weekend no other company could come out for 3 days. To top it off they had competitive pricing and didn't overcharge.

I read some online reviews and decided to give KAC Express a try. Trung, the repairman came within two hours which was excellent for a last minute Sunday call. I am very disappointed and frustrated with these guys. They came out to our house and made a bid to update both of our condensers and compressors for an insurance claim, and when the full claim was approved, they refused to do the work. This was more than a simple estimate, as the claim approval is based on their specific bid. They were scheduled for next day work with a technician that told me he would "be back tomorrow ready to go at 8am." Trung, the manager then called me back to inform me that now he thinks my attic would be uncomfortable and hard to work in.

This just seems very unprofessional to try and blame me for the job being too hard - after committing to do it. I am glad to spend my money with another company, just frustrated with the inconvenience of SOMEONE WHO WONT DO WHAT THEY SAY!

After a bad thunder storm my downstairs unit wouldn't turn on. I called them, they showed up fast. My Ac repair guy I think his name was Escobar was very nice and very helpful. Came to find out my thermostat was burned. He didn't try to charge me for anything extra, just a service call which was $40. I recommend them to everyone. Very honest and helpful

These guys have helped me twice, once when my upstairs unit wouldn't turn on, they came out and found a short in the wiring in the house. They were at my house in an hour on a Sunday. The next time they came out within an hour on a Friday afternoon when my downstairs unit wouldn't blow cold air. They found my compressor bad and quoted me three different options to fix it. They were out the next morning (Saturday) to fix it and now my A/C is ice cold and working perfectly. Very professional and Johnny on the spot when you need them.

I have used KAC Express twice now in the past year for repairing my AC units on my primary home and rental home in the NW Houston area. They had done a good quality job at a very competitive price. Needed AC service after calling ARS and being ripped off for 160 dollars; I called and spoke to Trun about coming to my house on a Saturday afternoon to check my AC and give me a replacement quote. He showed up on time started working on the system and explained to me everything I needed to know. After his assessment he quoted me a price that I could not refuse, very reasonable plus he beat ARS ridiculous quote. I agreed to replace the system and his crew was in and out of my house in about half a day. I am very happy with the service I will be definitely using KAC in the future

I had K AC replace all my ducting in my attic, replace my duct manifold, check my compressor unit, and clean my compressor unit. Trung came out and gave me the most thorough inspection with the best price compared to the other company I called and got a quote from. He is friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. His technicians also work hard and they even replaced some insulation for me that I bought while they were up in the attic.
