Judson's Heating We were founded in 1935 and has been under same family management that entire time. Service is our top priority and customer loyalty is our goal. We currently have over 60 employees including licensed trades workers, warehouse personnel and office staff. Our main office, showroom, and warehouses are located in Salem. We also have a branch plumbing office in Corvallis.

Judson's service area extends from Eugene up to the greater Portland area (Beaverton, Tigard, Oregon City, Portland, etc.) and from the Oregon Coast (Lincoln City, Newport, etc.) to the Santiam Canyon (Stayton, Mill City, Detroit, etc.).

Service with a smileThese folks came out to our home to clean the heating system filters. They were on-time, courteous and even spent the time to explain how to do it and the "why" behind it. We were impressed by the service given and the care they took working around the things in the garage".

The job was done poorly with "made on the spot" tools instead of the Moen tool required. The leak returned within days. One of the faucets (hot) turns off and on the wrong way now. The other doesn't stop turning when you go to turn it off. When I called to let them know the problem and get it corrected I was treated like I was mistaken. Her name was Star and I have never in my life received such poor customer service.

In the end her recommendation was that I call another plumber to correct the problem. The original leak was discovered when I was having my tub refinished. The job can not be finished until the leak is fixed. This has caused the company that I am having do that project to return an additional time. This will cost me more for that job. If I could have chosen a negative 10 star recommendation I would have.

I can't be happier with my service from Judson's. I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed. I talked to several companies that seemed very disinterested in helping me with this project. From start to finish Judson's was great, friendly and helpful. They were also responsive with communications. The job was estimated with a "Worst Case Scenario" number in regards to pricing, as this type of install can come with a certain amount of unknowns until work begins. Judson's came in under that number when all was said and done. Their service techs were also friendly and professional. I will be calling upon Judson's again in the future. Thank You, Team Judson's.

I was told they have most common parts on the van and should be able to fix things same day. So, they came and didn't have the part and ordered it at may be 3 times the price I could find at myself and told me after ordering what it costs. Then couple of days later they come and fix it. Total actual time taken was

PLUMBERS ARE NOT VACCINATED & REFUSE TO WEAR MASKS I dont even know what to say im so livid right now. Been out of the house all week for work, but the missus noticed an issue with our sink. I told her to call a plumber and sure enough they sent one out. But the guy wouldn't wear a mask even after she asked him to, AND OFFERED ONE. Then HE had the nerve to get uppity.

My wife's had covid before and so have I and while we're vaccinated I feel like from a professional perspective this shouldn't have happened regardless of politics or anything. I'm fuming. My wife called me upset and I'm stuck across state-lines unable to do anything. I don't know about judsons salem office, but I didnt want to believe the horror stories I heard from folks around town about them.

This is corvallis, I thought people were at least more PROFESSIONAL than that. Sorry Im venting rather than reviewing. We've had work done by them in the past (hence why my wife was so eager to use them again) and they worked great, but greg (or craig? whatever plumber they sent out) had such a blatant disregard and according to my wife "an insultingly casual tone" that I don't think we'll be wanting their services any time soon.

This company is full of master plumbers! I've used the company at least three different times. This time, we had a leak under the kitchen sink and could not figure out the problem. The plumber showed up, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour.

THANK YOU Matt, Justin and Tanner! On FRIDAY, 9/10 at 11:05 am - Dan's Leak Detection diagnosed our warped kitchen floors to a HOT WATER LEAK! Gagles is the company we use for AC, Heating and plumbing, but they had no one extra to come out. They gave me two other names Up a Creek and Done Right - no one available either. So looking at the weekend with no hot water. Dan called Matt from Judson's and he said his crew was quite busy with calls but would see if someone would be able to make the time. Well, Justin and Tanner answered the call and were at our house within an hour!

Those lucky guys (especially Justin who got to use the crawl space) fixed TWO pipes that were leaking. Can you imagine going under a house that had two hot water leaks? Both Justin and Tanner mentioned - it was a sauna! Dan had just turned off the water maybe 2 hours before they got there! THANK YOU Justin, Tanner and Matt! Matt called later to check on his employees and to follow up with the response.

Thank you to Judson's for making the time and fixing the pipes so that we could use the hot water! I sure hope that it did not mess up any Friday night plans that Justin and Tanner had?! Thank you both! :) We are STILL waiting on home insurance as of Sunday evening. UGH!

Called Judson's for an estimate to update our home HVAC system. Rob came the next day, he answered my questions and provided an estimate. I called with questions regarding the install, he didn't return the call. I emailed Rob then a day later, received an email saying because of personnel changes they couldn't handle the upgrade of the system.

I was told by another company (over the weekend) that I would need a new hot water heater, at the price of $5k, despite mine only being 8 years old. They told me that they would not be able to know which part was needed and by the time they replaced them all, I should have just bought a new one, and that they could "fix it for now". Their "fix" lasted less than 24 hours.

I called Judson's Monday morning for a second opinion and they fixed the small part that was needed all while I was at work! They were honest, reliable, and literally saved me thousands of dollars! I'm so grateful!

We've had all sorts of plumbing and electrical work done in our very old house and Judson's always does a great job. They're professional and pleasant to work with. They always seem to be able to identify the problem immediately and know exactly how to fix it. Horrible experience overall. The service of the plumbing technicians onsite was okay but this review is based on overall service from this company. First of all the customer service in the billing office is disorganized and patronizing at best. On many occasions when speaking to staff on the phone I was cut off, talked over, laughed at and argued with over simple customer service questions. - When onsite for a bathroom renovation a large roll of plastic floor cover was placed on my floor to be used as a safe walkway for workers, the adhesive on the covering ruined the floor. Judson's kept calling demanding payment which I was not prepared to do until my floor issue was rectified. -One of the toilets installed in a main floor bath was installed improperly leading to a leak in the ceiling on our lower floor.

I called to have the plumber come back onsite to review the leak and at that time he admitted to installing the flange incorrectly and assured me Judson's would be responsible for the drywall patch. NOPE. the admin person laughed in my face and said "we never repair drywall, that is your responsibility" to which I replied, then please ask your service people to not communicate false information to customers.

The one star is for the Electrical department which from the start had an excellent manager and detailed bid - the electricians wore shoe coverings on site and did good work. My lack of stars for this review and lack of satisfaction is for the Very POOR customer service from antiquated billing staff who would most likely benefit from a crash course on customer service etiquette

Terrible experience. We had to have our water heater and flooring replaced due to a leak. Judson's was suggested to us due to ease of availability for followup of warranty or parts. The plumber was very rude and dismissive of our questions, and copped an attitude about needing to remove an enclosure from around the water heater before he could get to it.

He loudly cursed and complained about how this wasn't the simple job he had expected. He demanded to speak with the flooring company over the phone, and was very rude with them as well. There were retention straps around the water heater that the plumber tore out without regard to wall damage. We had to wait an extra week and a half for hot water because there was no one available after our new floor was put in, although we were assured that a simple phone call would have someone out there the following day.

The SAME plumber did eventually come back out. He drilled a new hole in our brand new flooring for a new pipe without running it by us first, told us we could just "buy a flange" to cover the gap around the pipe (the hole was very uneven). He refused to reassemble the enclosure that he had taken apart previously. We ended up needing to call the flooring company to come back out to reassemble the enclosure and caulk around the hole in the floor and install the flange.

They did all of this with courtesy and professionalism, and even provided extra wood supports at no extra charge. We spoke to a supervisor afterward who was very apologetic, and sent him pictures of the damage to our home. He said that this was not a plumber that normally worked on water heaters and that it was "unlikely" we would get the same one again.

He also said there would be "feedback" provided to the plumber. Now we have aggressive messages on our phone about needing to pay for the privilege of having our home damaged and having to deal with possibly the worst customer service either of us has ever experienced. The ONLY reason that there is even a single star is that the pricing was good compared to other companies. Had we known what we were going to experience, we would have gladly paid more to go with someone else. We will be sending them $5 per month.
