My downstairs system was out and they sent a salesman to quote a replacement day they were called. Entire experience was professionally executed from office personal, salesman and installation. Their quote was best price of three other companies quotes. One company was double price that Jones had quoted Fir same model. One company couldn't get higher SEER model for two weeks Jones was able to get this model in two days and put it in on third day. Upstairs system is 12 years old and if needs repair or fails will call them.

Woke up to the Ac in the house was not cold. Called this business to get a price on the service charge. They are about the same as anywhere else. I made an appointment and they were able to come the same day. I was given a window of 11-1. To my surprise I got a phone call around 1040 saying they were on the way. The technicians were prompt and very nice.
They explained what the problem is and also showed me the defective part. They were at the house no more than 30 minutes including fixing the unit. Highly recommend this business. Reliable, honest and trust worthy.
