James installed my furnace four years ago when I bought my house. He did a great job, was really informative, and squeezed a big furnace down a small basement staircase. His wife was great to talk to over the phone. It was an overall pleasurable experience. Tonight I needed to turn off the pilot light on my furnace and knew if I called, I'd get the same personable, friendly service. Elizabeth answered the phone at 8:30pm and answered all of my questions. She even warned me to turn off the pilot light on the hot water tank. (I'm setting flea bombs and pilot lights have to be turned off.)
