I had a fantastic experience today as we just moved into the Jacksonville area and I was unaware of the condition of our current AC unit. My technicians name was Noah and he was very kind, informative, prompt, and hard-working. Plus my animals loved him. I recommend this company to anyone and if you're fortunate enough to get Noah it's an added bonus :

I have been using J& W heating and air for the past 3 years. They come out twice a year once in the fall and once in the Spring to service my air conditioner As a preventative maintenance. Every technician that has visited my home has been very professional, honest and and respectful of my property. I highly recommend their services.

I had a brand new A/C installed 6 days ago. As of last night, the system stopped working. I have had a great relationship with this company for the past year until now. I am beyond disappointed. Communication is poor and so is the quality of their work. I called today and was promised someone would be here at 7:30p to fix my brand new unit, however, it is now past 8p and I am being told the tech is busy and can't come right now. UPDATE: it's now 9p and no sign of tech The city is supposed to be coming to inspect my unit tomorrow, unless they cancelled it without my consent.

The representative I spoke with suggested I cancel my inspection since the unit wasn't working, I advised them I wanted my inspection to remain scheduled. If my unit fails the city inspection, I understand it looks bad on the company. Trying to cancel an inspection due to their poor quality work is a dishonest business practice. I paid almost $9k for my new unit not even a week ago and it's not functioning. In hindsight I wish I had used another company.

Steven is awesome. Always does a great job. Keeps me informed & I learn something new every time he comes out. I would like to keep him as my service technician. J&W is a wonderful company.

Quality customer service and installers are difficult to fine these days. My wife and I want give thanks to Jackie who sold us our new HVAC duct and ventilation system, along with the installers Dave and Bobby. Jackie was our first point of contact; his professionalism, knowledge, and customer care is praiseworthy. We wanted a zoned system but after his careful analysis he found a better solution that saved us money! Dave was the first installer on the job and he was courteous and professional.

His attention to detail and interaction with my wife and I is very commendable. When his partner Bobby arrived on the install his performance was stellar and customer service great. These men represent J & W Heating and Air with the utmost integrity. My wife and I appreciate the quality work and pleasant demeanor of all the representatives that we had the pleasure meeting. I just had an electrostatic air filter and a ultra violet light install on my system for hopes of cleaner air in my home due to pet dander, mold, pollen and dust allergies. It's only been a few days and I cannot believe the difference. Ross is my A/C guy from J&W and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Highly recommend!

Had A/C replaced. JW the consultant was very knowledgeable about the product. The installation was done efficiently and and in a timely manner. Refer them to friends all he time. The installers were John and Surge were very polite and mannered. Pleasant young men to have done the work. Answered all my questions. Very happy here

I would like to share my experience. First the company had what I needed in stock and schedule the replacement of both my air conditioning units fast. Earned Two stars! First thing I noticed that bothered me was the fins on the air handler were bent right out of the box. I noticed because I inspected them prior to installing. The installer did what he could to straighten them.

Thank you installer! After installing the units I noticed the UV light wasn't installed. I called the company to report the mistake. The guy on the phone told me my unit doesn't need a UV light, (but didn't say anything when I told him I wanted a light at time of purchase). I told him I wanted it anyway. I was told several times they were bringing it to my home.

I took off work with no shows and no reason why the UV light wasn't delivered. I even volunteered to install the light myself. Purchased units in September 2021; writing this post January 2022. They did reinstall the light I already had in the older unit, but ghosted me after several failed delivery promises. They will not answer my calls! They had every ability to earn extra stars and my recommendation of the use of this company, but failed without explanation. If the light wasn't written into the package, just tell me. 16k investment $300.00 light missing. The UV light has been installed.

I bought an AC unit from J&W Heating and Air. They were very easy to communicate with, even though I had to be at work. The all of tech's have been helpful and just recently had them come clean the ventilation system and do mold removal. My house feels and smells so much cleaner. Thanks J&W team for all the hard work! Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Service Technician Tanner completed scheduled service check on my system. I was given notice the day before my appointment and 30 minutes before Tanner' arrived. Tanner was very respectful to me and of my home. After Tanner completed his checks of my system he explained the status of my Heating system and gave suggestions for protecting the life of my system. Awesome service!

Tech was informative, knowledgeable and professional. Took time to explain to me what certain parts did and why they were important. He didn't just try to sell me something he actually explained to me why it was needed. So far I'm a happy customer Service: AC maintenance

All of the staff are wonderful! From the point of sale (consultant), to the crew installing the HVAC system (6 mo ago), to the gentleman who came out today and did our 6 mo maintenance, and the office staff, I have no complaints. Everyone is very professional, courteous and appear to love and take pride in what they do! So important these days. Highly recommend!

Technician was Christ, on 18 Nov at approx 2:00 pm. As he has in the past he did an outstanding service! He is very thorough, performed best service I have seen over many years with other companies. I would highly recommend this tech for other homeowners. He represents J&W very well. Please ensure his manager knows what a great job he does. When asked, he explains all procedures with sufficient detail. J&W HVAC maintenance is the best!

Great Job. I had received a courtesy call to let me know that Tyler the maintenance technician would arrive within 40mins. Tyler was prompt and on time He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what he was doing. I had the opportunity of Tyler coming last year I commend him for an outstanding job. I have maintenance service with J&W Heating and Air. The company always notify me when time for maintenance service. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of there service.

I recently had a split unit installed. They showed up on time eager to work. Got their job done quickly, efficiently and it looks amazing. Regardless that it was a very small space and very hard to work in, not to mention the awful heat, they completed this job with a smile and with a wonderful attitude. Bert and Cory, Thank you so very much for helping my family with this split unit even though the conditions wasn't great, yall were great!

I had my AC unit replaced today and the two guys they sent did a great job and answered any questions I had. They even cleaned up where they worked and took any debris with them! I would highly recommend J & W Heating and air! They gave me a good price as well as a fantastic install!
