I am very wary of AC companies, however, my neighbor recommended Hi-VAC Air Conditioning Service. The technician Steve was very pleasant and personable. He was of exemplary character. He explained and answered any questions I had. Steve recommended 1 service and I inquired about another. I did not feel pressured to commit. I asked him to perform 2 services which he did. I would recommend this company for all AC services.

The two techs Gio and Fernando were very professional and courteous. They showed up on time and went right to work. They cleaned up everything after they were done and answered all my questions. They completed all work and my new A/C unit works beautifully. I was more than pleased with their attitude and work ethic during the job. Definitely happy with my decision to go with them and will recommend to anyone who wants a well serviced system to be installed.

We have a 15+ year relationship with Hi-Vac. They installed a unit for us in 2005 and maintained it well over the years. It was still working well but at the age where it needed to be replaced. Their representative, Joe, stopped at our home yesterday and provided a quote. Since, Hi-Vac is a Trane Certified partner, we were able to take advantage of interest free financing over three years. We signed. Their team arrived at 9 AM this morning and installed our new unit in 7 hours. Perfect job and cleanup by Elvis and Giovanni. Highly recommend!

We have used Hi-Vac for many years. Elvis and William were the technicians who came to replace an air handler in my house. They did an amazing job! Both men were extremely professional and friendly. Also, it looked like they had never been there when they were done. They cleaned everything up after 9 hours of work. The house is nice and cool again. Thank you Elvis and William!

My AC in my townhome failed. A HI-VAC technician came out and diagnosed a defective blower in my Rheem unit. He ordered the part and scheduled a return visit. Tech Steve came with the blower and completed the replacement. He then proceeded to do a complete inspection, which turned up a significant freon leak. He refilled the system, but explained there may be a leak which may have originally caused the low level.

He suggested a recheck of the level in one month to determine if any has leaked out. Steve returned in one month, rechecked the freon level, and found the level stable with no loss. That gained my trust in Steve and HI-VAC. He could have easily told me there was a leak and that more work needed to be done, or worse, I needed to replace my system. Oh, and that return visit after a month.that was at no extra charge! A job well done.

Although my new unit cost quite a bit more than what I wanted to spend, the customer service is what really stood out for this company. They took care of everything with my building so I did not have to do anything. From start to finish they were quick, responsive and very friendly.

Technicians Robert and Antonio performed an annual PM on my a/c yesterday. As always, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable to answer any questions I had for them. Robert actually performed a repair on my a/c last year and did a great job. Both Robert and Antonio are true assets to the Hi Vac organization and should be recognized for it. HI-VAC previously installed our Trane A/C & just recently did the routine maintenance, as well as added a new drain line for a hybrid hot water heater. Everyone at the company was very nice & professional. The technician, Robert was wonderful. He was on time, respectful of property & conscientious. He not only made sure it worked, but that it looked good too!

I've be using this company for 26 years without any problems whatsoever. Steve M the technician who serviced both my central systems is one knowledgeable guy and super nice, I consider him an asset for HIVAC and will definitely request him for all future AC checkups which are so important in South Florida. Patty also has been the best customer service representative thru the years. It's so hard to "trust anyone" these days but after 26 years of terrific service I won't be making any changes because there is no better!

My experience with this company was SUPERB. Since the day they arrived for the estimate, always explaining each step and all different t options that they have. They don't try to buy the most expensive but what it's more convenient for you. When they install my new system took care of every single detail, the AC worked perfectly and my house clean as they never been there.

They responded right away, came over to assess the existing AC equipment and advise me on the replacement in terms of efficiency and cost effectiveness. Given that I was ready to decide and agreed on the terms, Joe did the paperwork then and there. Very professional company. From the sales rep (Joe), to the financial dept, to the install team! I'm apologize for forgetting the rest of the teams name- We hired them to install a new ac unit and an I-wave R. They did a great job installing the unit. They were prompt, courteous and professional. And on top of it, my first FPL bill dropped in half!

They did such a good job, that I referred them to my boss. She paid them to install an I-wave R in her house too and she also paid for a yearly maintenance plan. I'm very happy with this company! I did a lot of research to find the best company and I'm glad we choose them!

One of the AC units cut out on Friday Checked the usual suspects and it wasn't the thermostat or float switch. Contacted Hi-Vac via Yelp Got an almost immediate reply Friday night Called Saturday and set up an emergency appointment the same day Arnoldo (spelling?) was responsive, communicative, patient and helpful in diagnosing & explaining that we have a leak in the refrigerant Very good with reply and coming out and diagnosis Unfortunately, they weren't as prompt with the call for replacing our systems so we have another company out to replace the systems.

They installed my unit 3 years ago. They have always been there when anything was needed. They simply go above and beyond when you need something and wont nickel and dime you like other companies do. Their pricing is good too. Their service is great and so are their people. The basic difference is that this company cares more about their clients and their personnel than how much money they can get from you. Unfortunately in South Florida, that is not the norm. Simply excellent, dont waste your time looking for a better deal its not worth it in the long run.

Knowledgeable sales guy Joe and install of our Trane unit was exceptional. We got 3 quotes for same unit and these guys won out. They had great reviews when I researched.

I was surprised with the quick response on Friday before a long weekend. I called at 4pm and had them respond by 630pm. Verol arrived within minutes of the appointment confirmation. He was wearing a mask, gloves, and disposable shoe covers. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue and have it corrected within 20 minutes. Price and service were fair. Bookmarking them and will be using then again.

Hi-Vac had great reviews, but wouldn't come out to my house because we were still in our 14 day COVID-19 contagion window. They put the safety of their workers first, which I respect 100%. That could have been the end of the story, but the owner took the time to FaceTime with me and walk me through a fix to get my air handler working again until it could be professionally serviced. Our first update to the last great review! Hi-vac came by to service all our air conditioning units. As usual their technician was very professional and efficient. We have tried many air conditioning service companies and they are by far the best in South Florida. All the others will try to rip you off and not stand by their product. Be sure to get a maintenance contract. It is well worth it.

My a/c unit wasn't working. I tried to get my a/c guy to come and look at the unit but being mid September in South Florida, he was busy. I finally had to give up on him and call in someone else. I looked on yelp for highly rated a/c companies and Hi-VAC came up as 4.5 star rating and the reviews were good. I called Hi-VAC and one other company and left messages.

This was this past Sunday at 9 pm. Monday morning around 8:30 ish, I got a call back from HI-VAC. When asked how I heard about the company, I mentioned Yelp. Anyways to make a long story short, I was able to get an appointment for the next day (today) and was given a 3 hr window. I was surprised to get a next day appointment since this is a busy time for a/c repair. Jason, the technician, showed up towards the beginning of the window.

I was so happy when he told me he could fix the unit (I needed a new compressor which HI-VAC was able to locate one and he was able to install it the same day). Not only did he install the new compressor and fill up the freon (sp?), he was able to identify the reason the old compressor broke and fix it and do some cleaning of the pipes/connections.

I am a happy person now that I have air again and a quiet running a/c unit! I highly recommend HI-VAC. The other company did not call me back but that 's okay. Its their loss.

Best guys in town for your A/C needs hands down! I found out about HI-VAC Air Conditioning through my employer as they also use them for our corporate offices. I've called HI-VAC a hand full of times to service my unit and they always respond within minutes and usually visit the same day or next day at latest. They truly deliver quality service, are trustworthy and reliable.

Hi-vac has been servicing my AC units for 14 years now. They originally helped me after a builders unit was not working years ago. They since have maintained my two units when they weren't working as well as serviced them twice a year for maintenance. Hi-vac installed new units in my home almost 1 year ago. They are Trane and are high efficiency.

We love the ease at which the units were installed and the quiet way they sound inside. I don't feel like they are straining in any way to cool the house. Outside is very quiet as well. Professional reliable and always responsive when I place a call. A family run business where they enable all service personnel to do a great job. Trust them to do a great job if you need repairs or actually need a new unit.
