I sent an online request to Higdon Service this morning very early --maybe 6:00am or so and figured I would not hear from them until Tuesday 31st, following Memorial Day weekend. I dreaded heading through the weekend with my AC only working some of the time. I received a phone call from Higdon at 7:18am telling me they would send someone to my house as soon as possible. Keith Risner was there by around 10:00am, and by 10:50am the job was done and we have cold air! These people are incredible and I receive the same kind service every time I need them.

My heat and air were both blowing at the same time so my house wasn't cooling. I saw their truck pass by and scheduled an appointment. Very very impressed how they were "anxious" to get it checked out. Justin was polite, didn't mind my questions and was very knowledgeable. He didn't mind explaining the process upfront and never put me off. I will recommend them to all my coworkers and friends! They will be the only ones I call from now on.
