Jordan was great! We called for AC service and Jordan was able to come out right away. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We needed some duct work done to have vent installed in our sunroom, which previously had no heating or cooling ventilation and was unusable in the winter months. We called around to some other shops in Omaha and were told multiple times they were busy and not taking on jobs as small as ours. Getzschman came out to do a bid on a Tuesday and was able to complete the work 2 days later, on a Thursday.
The guy who came out for the bid wore a mask, which I highly appreciate. No matter where you are at on the spectrum of masks, it should be a no brainer for a contractor to wear a mask when entering someone else's home. I knock them one star because the person who did the work, was not wearing a mask. The quality, speed and price of the work was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Getzschman to a friend!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air about a week ago. I called around to several AC/Heating services and, due to this time of year, was told they were all booked for a couple weeks out. I called Getzschman and was told they could come out on a Monday. They couldn't make it that day and rescheduled on Wednesday. Thankfully they were able to come that day and diagnose and fix the problem promptly.
Although the scheduling mishap was unfortunate, I appreciate the friendly service and fair price of the repair. P.S. To get priority scheduling and some pretty decent discounts, consider signing up for the yearly maintenance schedule for your AC and Heater.

Scheduling was fantastic. Called on a Tuesday and had a tech show up Wednesday afternoon. He could have been there sooner, but I had some early morning commitments. Pat did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and actually diagnosed the bad blower motor within 5-10 mins. Fortunately he had a blower motor on the truck and had it installed in about an hour. Pat also took the time to talk to me about which vents to leave open and which ones to close. Very informative. We will definitely call Getzschman Heating again.

We switched to Getzschman's over a year ago due to poor customer service from our previous heating and air company. Best decision we could have made when it comes to our 10 year old unit. Every single technician who has come in to our home has been professional, courteous and has explained things very well. They have our complete trust and appreciation!

Had our air conditioning and furnace replaced this last summer after our A/C died during their hottest part of summer. It took about two weeks to get the unit in and everything installed. During that time they gave us two portable A/C units to use for no additional cost. This was a lifesaver. Today, we had Nathan come out to do our free maintenence checkup.
I have been so impressed with Getzschman from the very start. They have exceptional customer service, are friendly, on time, and affordable. The maintenance checkup took about an hour because Nathan was incredibly thorough. I would highly recommend Getzschman for any heating or cooling sevices.

About 10 years ago I purchased a high efficiency furnace and heat pump from Getzschman. Their installation and service work have always been excellent. This January a furnace part needed to be replaced about 2 weeks after the factory warranty had ended -- Getzschman got me the part for me at no charge with only a small install charge. They are great to work with. I highly recommend them.
