My second experience with the Gembecki team and it was awesome. Spoke to Marsha who helped me out with a last minute situation concerning my air conditioning unit. She was even able to get Josh who was my technician the first time I used Gembecki. They were both professional and able to solve the issue with my unit the same day. There prices are definitely fair. They are my permanent AC company. I will not be using anyone else.

We have been using Gembecki since the first day we closed on our house. They are always responsive, reasonable and honest. We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced. They did a great job. They were on time and cleaned up as they worked, and I know from comparison shopping that the price was fair. It's a lot of money to replace your AC and air handler, but at least their professionalism to the sting out of it.

I had an issue with the blower motor making noise. Gembecki was highly recommended on Nextdoor for AC and Nextdoor can be the toughest critics. They came the same day I called. Brandon troubleshot the issues with a half hour. Also, he explained along the way and answered any questions I had. He went the step further and realized my unit was under warranty and was able to get the part for no cost. He was respectful and professional which is a direct reflection of the company. I will definitely use them again for their services.

I have used this company in the past for maintenance and they have been great. I recently got 3 bids to install a brand new a/c unit in my home. Gembecki was the best quote price wise and offered the most assistance in explaining everything to me regarding what I was getting. Ron provided a quote within 3 days and once I signed it, we set up a time for them to do the work.
They were on time, finished the job and everything was done professionally. The installers were courteous and professional. I am super happy with the system that they recommended. And, Marsha and Ron both followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Would absolutely refer them to anyone who needs a/c service or replacement.

Easy from start to finish. Quote with options to meet our budget. Service techs respectful, explaining every step of the process of installation. Rebuild the air handler closet, like professional craftsman( looked great) cleanliness (you would have never know the were there) They are a family company ( and made us feel like we were part of there family) I have been in the commercial maintenance business for over 30 years. Outstanding service. From initial installation of a new HVAC system to any type of service or repair they have completed for us, it has always been nothing short of excellent. They have an experienced and knowledgeable staff that have always gone out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and completely satisfied with the service. They have always shown up on time, even after normal working hours and have completed the projects in a timely manner. There is no reason to call anyone else for HVAC or mechanical services.

My wife and I recently needed to replace a 17 year old Carrier heat pump. We requested a proposal from Gembecki for a new system, which we then proceeded with. What a pleasure it was working with Gembecki. Everyone we interacted with was professional, and a pleasure to communicate with. This includes the office staff, the project manager, the installation crew, and the maintenance staff. The quality of work was excellent. We couldn't be happier.

Josh was my service tech he did an amazing job & even explained some basic maintenance to help keep my unit in good shape. He took his time went threw my unit & checked everything outside as well. The dispatcher Kathy called to let me know Josh was on his way. She was very professional. I really feel like I got my money's worth with the work that was completed on my unit. I would highly recommend them for any Air conditioning needs you have.

I can't say enough about these guys. Start to finish they were awesome. Our unit was on the way out and Brett gave us estimates for fixing our existing unit or replacing it. He was super knowledgeable. We went with a new unit and Ron in sales gave us all our options. He was prompt and kept us informed about what would work for the space we had.
The technicians arrived on time and spent the whole day installing the new system. Daquan and Tim answered all our questions and briefed me on the new system. Barry did the finishing touches and we were good to go. EXCELLENT customer service!

This company came out to fix our heater. They called before hand and sent out a gentleman that was very respectful and knew what he was doing. After he had fixed the heat he then double checked to make sure that the AC would come back on as well and sure enough it did not. He had to rewire stuff from scratch. He went out of his way to make sure that all worked before leaving here which wasn't in the work order. Normally going through our home insurance people tend to do the minimum required. Not this company. I highly recommend them.
