Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Napa

Wanted a furnace maintenance done on my system. Called and had someone out there the next day. They did a fantastic job and were really thorough. I signed up for the club membership so i can get my AC maintenance done in spring. The technician was very polite. Definitely glad i called.

Response time was good, showed up on time (early actually), diagnostic fee went towards total to fix my freezer. I was at work so my (adult) son had to work with the technician. Technician knew what the problem was and got to work on fixing it. He removed the blocks of ice that had built up under the freezer and also cleaned something out that had the consistency of black tar.

I would've given 5 stars but I took a star off because the black tarry substance was put into my kitchen sink which had some dishes in it. I wasn't able to remove the stuff from anything, and ended up throwing out those dishes after hours of trying to clean it. It took me a couple days to get it off of my white sink but eventually I did.

The only other issue was the technician didn't speak any English, he used his phone translator to communicate with my son, my son was able to get through it but he said it was difficult. The technician fixed the problem which is the bottom line and I was happy about that. Wish he could've put the gunk into the trash can but overall I was happy with the service. Total charge was $220 and the technician was here for about an hour.

These guys were great! Old AC unit completely died after 15 years. They came out on a Friday and gave a quote for replacement of the AC unit and then came back the following day, Saturday, to do the work. New unit works great! They came out swiftly to diagnose the issue with my HVAC unit. He's a pleasant personality who takes the time to listen to your concerns. He found large gaps between the pieces in my unit which the original installers had left unsealed. He explained how this can make my unit work much less efficiently and expedite the need to change my filter. I also inquired about fixing a friend's AC unit for which he created a next-day appointment! I recommend them for their quality, fast service & kindness!

This company provided professional sounding advice prior to purchase which is why they were chosen as our vendors; we the buyers needed technical guidance. Their advice and recommended product has now provided good service for some years and seems perfectly suited to the room size it operates in. Annual service charge not cheap but they have done a good job maintaining the unit for some years, always timely and professional on site. Recommended and intend to use them again in a new property.

Two very handsome young men installed the air conditioner for my house. Before entering my house basement, they carefully pave the rubber walkway and cleaned the site after the installation. In particular, the western guy is a very good craftsman. He installed the air conditioner internal unit in the vent pipe which can't be seen any traces of cutting after packaging, it just like original one. Throughout the process, the two guys were very friendly. This is the best technician I have ever seen.

We had our both our fridges leaking inside, and Fuse was so great coming out to fix them. However, after the repair one of the fridges completely broke! It was awful, but Fuse was there through it all. They came by after long days of work with new tools trying to help us revive the fridge. It didn't end up working so we had to buy a new one, but they gave us a partial refund (to help pay for the new fridge) and helped us get the old fridge out of the house. They are so kind, and didn't leave us hanging. Thanks Fuse! We will definitely be using you again in the future.

The Technician that came to my home was very helpful. I had a complicated and tight spot for our washer and dryer. He took on the project and found a solution. Not everyone would have done that.

Technician is knowledgeable and precise. I requested service after hours and he was here early next morning. My oven was showing an odd F31, technician was able to address the issue and change part super fast. Thank you for your awesome repair on my oven.

The guys were really good they were fast they were responsive they came out on a Saturday afternoon to fix a four-year-old GE dishwasher with a bad control board. It was great that they were able to come out so fast. The gentleman told me that within 1 to 2 days of ordering the part it should be here. The only issue I had was when I called to follow up I had to keep following up daily with dispatch until part came in and job was done 5 days later. Update: 5 stars because they came back out to fix the machine again due to the connection to the control board also being an issue. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Bob was on-time and prepared with all the right equipment to conduct the dryer repair. He was professional and came with a mask and shoe covers. He showed me the problem with my dryer and what he did to repair it. Payment was great because I could use apple pay. Repair complete and dryer working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Fuse did excellent job for installing our centralized AC and Furnace. They did clean job starting from electric line to all lines going in/out from Furnace and condenser. It's ultra quiet system in comparison to our old Furnace, condenser make almost no noice. All the work was very clean, no mess around, fixed everything they open. Cost is very competitive if I compare with other quote I got from similar business. Finished the job on time as explained to me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians, explained everything and all the questions I have. Free smart thermostat, I can use my phone to control and create daily schedule. No surprises and excellent job at the end! I will recommend them to my friends and family without second thought.

Fuse was sent to do a warranty repair on our Thor range. There was a mix-up on scheduling, but when I called the office, the lady quickly solved the problem and sent a tech later that day. She admitted that the mix-up was on their end. It is refreshing to get an honest explanation and a quick solution. The tech came as promised. He was very friendly and respectful and replaced the problematic component.

Refrigerator quit working after being moved. Ross, with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair, came out and diagnosed the problem quickly with great communication. This was followed up by a return appointment, with the necessary parts, to complete the job. Refrigerator working perfectly! Excellent work! Thank you Ross.

Dan and the entire FUSE team were great. He diagnosed the problem with my fridge quickly and ordered the part. The part came in a day later and he came back and installed the part. The repair took a few hours and now the fridge works just like new. He has even submitted a claim to the manufacturer of the fridge so that I can get some of the cost of the repair/part back under a 10 year parts warranty that I didn't even know I had.

While I hope I don't need a repair service in the future, I would use FUSE again and will recommend them to neighbors if they ever need a fridge or other appliance repaired.

We replaced the main panel and got very good service. Communication was great and most important, they are honest and responsible. After the installation they didn't pass the inspection because of location issue, they worked with the city and PG&E to find a solution, installed everything again and got the permit. So maybe they could do better job from the first place with the permit, but all of us do mistakes, the important part is to own it and provide the service in professional way. I will do more work with them in the future, they are awesome, and highly recommended

They responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to schedule a day to come check our samsung dryer that suddenly stopped working. Didn't catch the name of the tech that came by but he knew what he was doing, came by at the discussed time and fixed our dryer within 2 hours. Covid friendly as well, with a mask and shoe covers definitely recommend!

Our HVAC heater was stopping regularly and we needed someone to visit asap. I called Fuse and they arranged for a technician the very next day. Bob was Knowledgeable & resolved the issue within 30 mins. The heater is back fully functional. Would recommend Fuse for fast response and quick resolution.

I booked an estimate for my aunt she is an old lady have no idea to deal with a broken 40+ years old furnace. Fuse send two boys and finished all the works in two days! It's sooo amazing! Definitely need go to this business!

Do yourself a favor and hire them now. I had a well known handyman in our area come to my house and charge several hundred of dollars to tell me they couldn't fully fix the dishwasher issue.but they wanted 100% of the money. Total rip off. Fuze was professional, respectful of my time and home (brought his own shoe coverings), thorough, and took the extra effort to make sure the dishwasher was working at 100% BEFORE he left. Very happy with this company. Highly recommend.

Fuse HVAC installed a four-zone Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump system in my house on September 2020. The job took three days in sweltering heat! Boy was I happy to use the system for cooling when they finished! Now that it is 'winter' here in California, I'm using the system for heating and I really enjoy the zone control, energy efficiency, and quietness.

No more dirty ducts and loud gas furnaces! Throughout the install, they were very professional and tidy with their work. They were also very strict with mask usage when working indoors. I'd highly recommend Fuse HVAC for your future HVAC needs.

Once my refrigerator Samsung stopped working. It was hard to find repairmen that can service Samsung refrigerator apparently. I called up at least 7-8 places who couldn't do Samsung and eventually found Fuse. Fortunately company works late and technician was able to come the same day. Adam did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator which was not cooling. I liked the quick response, efficiency, customer service, price and application of their visit/diagnostic fee to the repair.
