We felt taken care of every step along the way. After having survived a different HVAC experience that was horrible, the people with Frog were amazing. They cleaned up the mess from the last company and installed a new system which is working beautifully.

I called about 8am, and they said they could have someone out there between 2 and 4 that day... And this wasn't even an emergency. I like the 2 hour window, as well as the call 30-40 minutes before arrival... I was able to stay at work until they called, then meet the tech at home. He arrived within the window specified, and within 40 minutes of their call.

The tech seemed very knowledgeable, and trust me I quizzed the heck out of him :-) I like to know what's going on lol.
