My recent experiences with Frank Gay Services have been nothing short excellent. My interactions with everyone from the initial phone call to the technician arriving at the house as been great. The technician, Nick, was able to calm many of my concerns/fears about an upcoming large project by taking the time to answer questions and explain things in detail.
It's obvious their technicians are experienced and highly capable in their craft. I truly feel the quality of service they provide is more important to them than the amount of money they collect from you. I would recommend their services to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you.

We had a sparking outlet late at night. After calling several places and not having success in getting someone out to our house, probably bc the late hour, my husband called Frank Gay Services. Kelvin Hill came out to our home. He was prompt and professional even at the super late hour! It's a scary feeling when you are worried about a potential fire at your home and with you family and pets.
The cost was surprisingly reasonable too! Thanks so much for taking care of our family! Mr. Hill was absolutely amazing, fixing the problem quickly! The level of customer service will not be forgotten in the future! THANKS SO MUCH! Especially after one person from another company basically told me to wait until morning. I know who I won't be calling in the future for anything! When you are worried about your livelihood waiting isn't an option and Frank Gay Services gets that!
