Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning is a pleasure to do business with. After a bad thunderstorm, my thermostat stopped working. I called the next morning and by that afternoon Abraham was ringing my doorbell. Abraham quickly discovered the problem, explained what parts would need to be ordered, and repairs done to get the system up and working again. Ferguson always sends an email and text message with the technicians photo and expected time of arrival.

I'm never left waiting around hoping someone shows up. I've been using Ferguson for three years for maintenance and repairs and I've always been impressed by their professionalism and reliability. I highly recommend them to all.
