This company came out last min to my mother-in-law house and fixed her air so her husband was able to come home from the hospital for his last days. I will forever be great full for that. They are very professional and do great work I would recommend to any and all friends and family when they need work done!

You won't find a better, more honest, reliable HVAC company in So. Cal. Their prices are beyond reasonable and Al is super knowledgeable. He did the job in a way that was most cost effective to me. I confidently recommend Equi-Cool to anyone needing service or repairs on (or replacement of) an A/C unit, residential or commercial. Wish I could give them 100 stars!

Al from Equi-Cool is what you dream of when you have a Technician come out to your house. He was prompt, excellent communication and knew my system as if he designed it at the factory. I created this Yelp page after having some extremely disappointing visits from some of the highest rated HVAC guys on Yelp. These guys wouldn't fix my condenser leak and just wanted to replace my whole system.
All of this salesmen stuff instead of problem solving. First thing out of their mouth was their service fee to come out --then how busy they are. Some great pressure tactics! Once they arrived they kept selling stuff I don't need. My condenser just sprang a leak, in one spot, from a rubbing coil. is a new system really the fix? That's when I got off of Yelp and was fortunate to find Equi-Cool. Al showed up, on time, got right to work and performed surgery on my system.
It was a blast to watch him work and see his immediate problem solving. He quickly located my leak, fixed it and brought the system back to life. He was quick! Afterwards my 26 year old system was blowing 49 degrees out of its vents (71 degrees outside). He did it all for a great price too! The greatest part was how he stood behind his work with a 1 year guarantee.
I cannot say enough great things about Al. I just wished he did plumbing, roofing, electrical, and remodeling. I'm lucky to have found him and wanted to share my amazing experience. If you have any HVAC issues call Al at Equi-Cool. He is the ONLY guy you need to call.
