Great job, excellent service.....my daughter called me one morning to say that the blower fan in the house was making a lot of noise. I had to working night shift and had no time to get it fixed. That afternoon the fan quit working. I looked through the Internet and found Epic with great reviews. I called and talked to Nick and told him of the problem and the need to get it fixed as quickly as possible because my daughter is 8 months pregnant. He was there that afternoon and get it working for a reasonable price . Thank You

My AC broke down on a Saturday evening during this record breaking summer and The AC Team was willing and able to come out and see why my AC stopped working opposed to several other businesses that are unavailable on Saturdays for various reasons. They replaced my AC compressor fan, cleaned out the unit from debris and advised me of other issues the AC had and how they addressed it. I am quite pleased with the service this business provided and would definitely recommend them.

I often use my community's FB page for recommendations. The first company I called couldn't come out for almast a week. My second call was to theAC Team. Nick and Kyle were at my house the same day and had me back up in running in no time. No attempts to upsell or try to get me to replace. I was very impressed my these guys. When our AC went out, they we're incredibly responsive and understood the urgency of a broken AC in Arizona. They came out, jumped right on the roof and gave us an estimate. Nick was even able to find us an affordable solution and went above and beyond. We had them come out and service our units and were very impressed with the services, workmanship and prices. We then called back months later when our a/c stopped working and they were out within hours and worked to find the problem quickly to get us back up and running and the price was better than we were expecting. Kyle was very thorough in checking the various components of the AC system. He answered all my questions, and when the dual capacitor tested a little close to the acceptable 10% tolerance, he gave me an honest analysis and offered to replace it on the spot without being overly pushy. We've been with Nick for at least 15 years. He's honest. Before we called Nick at a neighbor's recommendation we had another company say it was going to cost $800 for a repair to our AC unit. We called Nick and the repair was a little over $100. Nick and team are INCREDIBLE. We first met them a few years ago when we needed to get 2 new A/C units. They were, by far, the most friendly team that came to give us a quote. Nick provided many cost-effective options (A/C units are NOT cheap but he did what he could). Not only did they get the new units installed but they fixed the builder mistakes like pans not being level, incorrect drain lines, poorly created air exchanges, etc.
It was a mess up there and they fixed it all at a reasonable price. The other day we had to call due to our downstairs A/C not cooling. Although we scheduled a service call for the next afternoon, Nick was able to work us in that morning instead. They had us fixed in 15 minutes! THANK YOU AC Team!
