So impressed with the installation crew, treated a major house upgrade like it was their own and paid attention to all the details. Thanks Ben, David, and Matt, your service was outstanding and the work was top-notch. I sourced other companies for a new -much-needed- mini-split system and I'm glad I chose Elkhorn. Gary consulted wisely about system choices and helped me get the ideal unit for my space, never oversold me and listened to my knowledge of my own house. Wow. This place was worth the price. Not only were they less expensive than the competition, they offered better products. Promotions and included accessories at no extra cost were our determining factor for choosing Elkhorn. Truly a one day installation for adding air conditioning.

We had a Rinnai hot water system replaced after 16 years and have used Elkhorn for AC and heating for over 20 years. That should say something. The service people are incredibly well-trained, skilled, and punctual. We always refer them to others, including our son, when asked about relevant services and would never use anyone else.

Had Elkhorn out in June to give me a quote for a new ac and heater. Justin the sales rep was very knowledgeable and was not too salesy, something I really appreciated. Ended up going with them because they offered me the best equipment for the best price. I forget the names of the 2 guys that did the install, but they did a great job. I am very happy I chose Elkhorn for my new ac and heater!

Recently I had my A/C Compressor replaced and as previously was my experience with services provided by Elkhorn I am very satisfied with the Technicians they had send to my house, Elan, Brien and Ben. Tank you for again having a job done well. I can't forget and mention Kimberly who answers the phone in the Office looking up my record and having the right answer and of being so friendly.

Replacing our water heater was going to be really expensive. Kimberly and Gary able to find a better option with tankless water heater for even less than the what it would cost to replace our tank. Crew was really pleasant and did a fantastic job getting everything up to code. Love these guys!

We recently had our HVAC (furnace & AC) replaced by Elkhorn and could not be more pleased with the installation. The technicians, Bryan & Ben, were professional, obviously highly competent, pleasant and courteous. They went about their job with care and attention to detail, responding to any questions we had, and were always ready to explain how and why they were doing specific tasks to complete the job. At the end of the job, which lasted about a day and a half, they were careful to clean up and leave the area completely clean. All in all - A really great job!

I took a proactive approach to replace my HVAC system at my house. I spent a few months researching the different brands, which size would be the best for my size home, and the used terminology. Once I found the HVAC system that fit my needs, I started looking for a dealer/installer. I interviewed a few, look at the task at hand, had them provide quotes, and explain why that was the best method.

Out of all the dealers I had come in, Elkhorn was by far the best. After they did the installation, hands down, they were THE BEST. I'm a stickler for details, and the crew that installed it (Bryan, Cal, Rick, and Aaron) were fantastic. I have never seen a crew work so hard and do it right. I would recommend the Elkhorn Heating and Air group to anyone and have 100% confidence to do it right. Gary, the owner, has put the bar relatively high for anyone else to reach. You can tell his team enjoys working for him and take a tremendous amount of pride in their work.

We called last night about 8:00 pm because our air conditioner went out and it was 85 degrees indoors. Eli called back right away and said he'd come by after finishing up on the service call he was on. He came to our house around 9:00, replaced a part and stayed to make sure the unit was working properly. He was done by 9:45 and our air is working great!

We have a swamp cooler that was failing to work properly. Elkhorn's technician Eli came out to look at it and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem that afternoon. Our air conditioning failed Saturday afternoon in hundred-degree weather. I requested a service call knowing it would be expensive. Eli, the technician, talked me through the trouble (a plugged drain pipe), and I realized I could repair it myself. Eli was most gracious in walking me through the repair, step-by-step, even though it meant no revenue for the company. This is customer service at its best.

Elkhorn knows the right way to run a business. Elkhorn is the BEST OF THE BEST. Every person - from the office manager, to the technicians, and the owner - are truly incredible. My furnace was 23 years old and they tried to fix it. Unfortunately, the circuit board broke when they were working on it. They could have lied and said it was an older furnace and I should buy a new one.

They told me the truth and sold me a new furnace - at a notable discount. That's integrity. I love my new furnace. It's already been inspected by the City, and I got the $300 rebate form from Xcel. I highly recommend Elkhorn. They are a company with great work ethic and great integrity. I trust them. Great product. Even better service.

We've been working with Elkhorn for over 2 years and have not been let down. They replace my parents furnace and AC and have been back for the check ups. Very professional and trained technicians. I highly recommend Elkhorn Heating & Air Conditioning/ Elkhorn Electric! They did a phenomenal job on our project. They were easy to communicate with, very responsive and made sure that we knew how all of our new systems worked. They take pride in their work and care about their customers. They knew that with our old system my son's room would get really hot and had difficulty cooling.

They took the time to follow up after the completion of our install to ensure that my son's room was cooling properly and reaching comfortable temperatures for him. Their team is professional and produces high quality work on all levels. We will definitely be using them again.
