My technician, Rocky, went above and beyond when the controller in my unit went out. I made the decision to hold out for my home warranty to eventually cover the cost of the controller. Rocky showed me the cause of my controller going out (ants!).

He heroically corrected the problem with WD-40 and some sort of superpowers, I can't even understand how he did it. Not only did he explain what was wrong, he still continued to fix the problem when I declined his new controller. I am thoroughly impressed by his work ethic, performance, and attitude. I would recommend wholly.
