It went really well. He went above and beyond. He came all the way from Clackamas to Hillsboro and only charged a service fee. He took his time and he told me what I needed to have done for the least amount of money. He is very honest and thorough, and was everything I had hoped for as far as getting service I needed. He was just a super nice guy and I hope more people use him.

Very professional. Very knowledgeable and shared information freely. I learned a lot about my furnace and A/C unit! Very friendly and efficient. Reccomended appropriate updates when necessary. Also they have a great tracking app that tracks when they will show up so you're not waiting around wondering. Would highly recommend this company.

Efficiency Heating and Cooling gave me the best estimate of three companies, the best equipment for the price and the best installation specialists in the business. Thank you Walter and Damien for the excellent installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. These gentlemen were courteous, diligent and knowledgeable. Jason Shaw came and gave us a quote for heating/cooling the addition on our house. He was very helpful, and pleasant to talk to. He was clear and honest and gave us a quote while he was here. Very nice guy and we look forward to working with him!

First it starts off with the great customer service when I called to set appointment up. They alert you via txt and keep you up to speed at all times. Trae was my service tech and he was top to bottom the best experience I've had with anything relating to homeownership maintenance. He was on time, Extremely knowledgeable, kind and explained things to me as he went through the maintenance. Made it easy to understand and really made me feel confident I made the right call with Efficiency Heating and Cooling.

It was straight forward, told me I am on borrowed time on my 25 year old heater, but that all in all of the 25 years, it was running pretty dang good for the age. Johnny and Filipe were amazing. They were on time didn't take a break until they were finished. The install team was on time, completed work in estimated time given, kept athe area clean and were professional. The techs wore face masks, took off shoes when in the house and were polite. Walter G. walked me through the work done, made suggestions to help keep the house better heated and assisted in final setup. He took the time to fix some of the smaller issues from the original setup and move the 120v power receptacle location putting it in a much better place.

The attention to the small details and fixing issues not in the scope of work was extremely appreciated and demonstrated their wanting to do the best job possible. I highly recommend Walter and the crew working with him.
