Direct Cooling - AC Repair Boca Raton

I NEVER take the time to fill out surveys or reviews. I'm simply to busy and if I have extra time I will not waste it on filling out a survey. However, this case is the exception! I have elderly parents who's AC went out on them. Obviously, it needed to be repaired quickly. A friend had recommended Direct Cooling but I could not find their number when I needed it.

One company came out and told my dad it was the condenser. The cost $600 give or take. Another company told my dad it was the compressor. The cost $1800 give or take. I finally found Frankie's number at Direct Cooling and he was out here the next day. No BS, just a straight forward explanation as to why it stopped working and the explanation made sense, unlike the other 2 companies.

The job was done that day and my parents did not have to go another night in this ridiculous heat! These guys are on time, honest and do what they say they are going to do. My parents could have gotten taken advantage of and I never would have known it. DIRECT COOLING IS GREAT!! Call them first and don't waste your time with other companies!!

Frank at Direct Cooling Installed my new A/C. From the beginning all work performed as promised in a timely manner. Very responsive and the quality of their service is amazing. I had a few problem after the installation (unit problems) but Frank was always available day and night! Frank is extremely knowledgeable! Also, pricing was very reasonable compared to other company with the same exact product. If you are looking for an excellent a/c company Direct Cooling is the answer. Frankie is very professional and polite, his team called me right away to schedule an appointment for the following day. Fernando came to my house and fixed the issue with my AC in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, honest, polite, pleasant, and respectful. Fernando is a good listener, he has integrity, he is very attentive to our concerns.

I wish all businesses made it this easy. Very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent advisory, I didn't purchase anything I didn't need. They said they would be here at 9:30 AM, they arrived at 9:31 AM; very punctual. Very polite. My job was replacing our condenser unit, repairing ductwork, and maintenance on our existing air handler. They were in and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves, overall it was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend these guys.
