My husband called Direct Air Conditioning on Monday and asked for an emergency service and we got a response right. I cant remember the name of the guy that assisted us but I think it was john or Josh, any way he was just great; excellent sense of humor, respectful and super professional. The whole fixing of our AC took about 35 minutes that felt like 10!
