All of the people I have had contact with for this project have been phenomenal! I told Steve before I have any service done, I am going to call Diamond and ask if they have any recommendations. You all went way above my expectations! If you knew me, you would know that means a lot. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family. God Bless You! Service and great people to work with! Second opinion was free. They wanted to come out the same day I called but I actually wasn't ready. They came the next day. Even called to come a little earlier than planned because of a change. Loved it! Ryland took the time to go over what he found and explained everything so that I could understand. Was very clear on repair options going forward. I appreciated it very much! Laura, who took my first call, was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be doing business with this company.

I can't say enough about the quality service that I received from diamond heating and cooling. Each time they have come, I have received an excellent quality of service. This company knows how to treat their customers right and I highly recommend them. Today Bradley was my technician. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about what was happening, she was a great conversationalist.

He attended to the issue quickly, professionally, and with integrity. Today I signed up for their silver medallion club. A great value that will get me a service on my air-conditioner and my furnace each year.

Last week our furnace quit working and when we got home (at 9:45 pm), our house was 49 degrees and getting colder. We called Diamond Heating. They had a busy evening ahead with many others in the same situation. The owner was kind enough to take our call and come to our house himself. He had the heater up and working quickly and charged a very low, reasonable rate. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using Diamond again!

We were referred by A-1 plumbing for a water leak in the ceiling. We thought it was a pipe or roof leak, but it was problem from water in a tray under the furnace, Matt was at our home within 30 minutes and had the leak under control very quickly and no more leak. Matt was very professional and friendly and we will be happy to deal with him in the future. We are glad to have a company we can call with confidence.

So very impressed with Diamond. From the first phone call to the service guys out here today. Everything did not go smoothly for Jonah and Dakota. But they did it right and did a beautiful job on the shop heater. I appreciate Jonah cleaning up everything before they left too. What a great team Dakota and Jonah are. Diamond Heating and Cooling is one of the best, most integrity filled, service businesses I've ever come in contact with. I noticed my heat had stopped coming on at 1 AM. I was freaked out, with a 2 month old baby in my house, I didn't want to go a whole night without heat. I called Diamond, and Chris was at my door by 1:30 AM. Fixed my heat. Now my family is comfortable and safe.

From Robert coming out and actually explaining to me what was going on and what needed to be done to resolve the issue and for actually stating that a technician would need to answer specific questions. Our A/C broke the night before the first triple digit day of the summer, and Diamond Heating and Cooling was able to come in the next day and get it fixed! Josh found and fixed the electrical issue super quickly, and even explained what had happened to us. He was very nice and we really appreciate the quick service! Thank you!

Wayne was our technician that came and fixed our heating problem. He was very professional and polite. We have never owned a dual zoned home but he gave us some good suggestions on how to run the system for it to work best. We really appreciate his work and knowledge! Thank you!

Called into the main office looking for a bid. Office staff was very courteous, got me an appointment the same day. Jamie came out, very professional, explained the process in full detail and had the quote ready for me to review within minutes. Super excited to be working with Diamond Heating and cooling!

We had Diamond come out to provide a second opinion after another contractor told us our heat exchanger was shot and the furnace needed to be replaced ($$$$). The technician did a thorough inspection and provided photographs of the unit to demonstrate the condition (we think the other contractor showed us pictures that were not even our furnace!).

He reported that the furnace DID NOT need to be replaced. We then had a second appointment with Diamond to do a service a cleaning. They reported that the furnace was actually extremely clean and in very good working order for an older unit. Diamond literally saved us over $7,000! The office staff who answer the calls are beyond friendly and provide prompt and outstanding customer service.

Both technicians that came to our house were professional, courteous and friendly. We are leaving Boise but we will be telling all our family and friends that Diamond is THE BEST!

All around great service! The installation team was on time and very professional. They explained everything they did after they finished installing and answered all questions. Superfast turnaround on a new furnace/AC system. Called on a Monday to confirm and was installed on a Wednesday. I highly recommend Diamond Heating and Cooling. You will not be disappointed!

Eric found that our sensor in our furnace was dirty and he cleaned it. It worked perfectly after that and we had heat again. Eric is professional and the Diamond Heating and Cooling service is great! We highly recommend this company and will use their service again for all our HVAC needs!

I've got an older furnace and AC unit. The guys at Diamond have been very straightforward about what it will take to keep my units running vs replacement. Not pushy with sales at all and very knowledgeable. They have been very helpful and professional, I'm looking forward to working with them to get more up to date HVAC units in my home when I can.

Service was great. They stayed till almost 9pm getting our furnace installed so we had heat. They didn't try to price gouge me either, other companies were charging 50% more for the same product. Doing a full conversion of heating, A/C, and water heater from all electric home to natural gas was a daunting task. Diamond Heating and Cooling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The customer interaction through the process was unbeatable, they helped me negotiate every challenge, and when it came to installation day I was absolutely in awe at the efficiency and professionalism of the crew. Wow! Absolutely highly recommend!
