Danco Comfort Services

We've used Danco Comfort Services twice for emergency AC needs with older residential systems. They are very prompt in returning calls, work very hard to get you in same-day, extremely professional, provide knowledgeable and skilled technicians, and are very reasonably priced. Our most recent technician, Kristopher M. was exceptional. He came into our home on a day when my wife and daughter were home alone.

He was well dressed, friendly, professional, and most importantly he made my wife feel comfortable with him being in our home while I was out. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem with no difficulty in a very timely manner. Thank you Danco for providing top-notch service at very reasonable rates!

I called in at 7am when I noticed our a/c wasn't working. They got back to me very quickly and said they would try their best to get to me same day. John called after lunch and said he was on the way! John was great and explained what was going on with our unit and addressed all of our concerns. He fixed the issue and now we have a/c again! Would definitely recommend!

About a month or so later our indoor unit took its last breath(it's over 15 years old). I called Danco again and they were to my house within 20 minutes. A few days later they came back to install new indoor and outdoor units which are working GREAT. Finally the house isn't 90 degrees anymore! Thank you DANCO!

This is the second time within a month John has been out to service our AC unit. In both instances he was professional, courteous, and efficient. He not only completed the necessary maintenance, but suggested future ways we could prolong the life of our unit. In the future, I will be going with y'all and will likely request him specifically. Great guy and great worker!

We have been with Danco for over three years. We now have both of our heat pumps/hvac/duct work replaced, plus Danco installed new HVAC at our daughter and son-in-laws house. All experiences have been great. Shout out to Anthony, Tim and all of the installers. They were all awesome, courteous, and thorough. Responsiveness to issues that came up was also very prompt. I've been using Danco since moving to the Waco area. They usually show up the day I call. The technician (Robert) that has been servicing my problem AC unit for the last couple of years has been one of the best that has ever worked on my house. He remembers my unit, what he did over the last couple of years, and my goals regarding the insane service life of my (probably) antique A/C.

He will describe any problems that he finds and will explain the pros and cons of addressing each issue. Nothing is high pressure sales or done without your direct input. Sure, there are less expensive hvac service companies but you cannot beat the level of professional service you will get from Danco.

Chris was very nice and courteous. Came in, did his job, then explained everything he did to the inside and outdoor units. Be careful with this company it like to rip people off with high prices and scare tactics. We called to have our thermostat replaces. They wanted $660. Plus the service call. Online on Honeywell site same thermostat runs $114. I understand free market but not at this price difference. The tech was also trying to scare my wife and I saying "you'll need a new unit soon, not sure how much longer it will last". No issues with the unit at all. Just be careful with this company. I know we will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Garrett, our service technician, inspected the A/C, found the problem, made the necessary repairs, and completed the work in a very short time frame. He is an outstanding young man and I would happily recommend him to anyone. Service: Repair AC

New to house and unsure what was happening when I got error codes on control panel. Mitch came out same day I called. He explained everything he was doing and gently told me he had to check for a leak. He did find a leak and made sure I had the information needed to call Trane to see if it was covered under warranty after I bought this house. I couldn't have gotten a nicer person out here and he helped me understand what I needed to do. Hope I get him the next time I need help with AC/ Heat.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Danco is a fantastic company. Our AC went out around 10pm last night. We submitted an email around 6:30 this morning and had a call before 7:30am! They were completely booked and let us know they would try everything the could to take care of us today. It's 3:30pm and they have already taken care of us and replaced the capacitor that went out. I'm so impressed and I highly recommend! Robert is the technician that came out. He was extremely kind and very informative.

In today's day and age of hit or miss service, you know you will be cared for with Danco. We have had service through Danco before, enrolling in their service plan. I did not hesitate to call them when water started running out of the relatively new micro split and all over counters and floors in my workshop. Mitchell was dispatched and determined the unit had been installed incorrectly. He made corrections, serviced the unit and left me satisfied.

After getting the run-around from a couple of other HVAC companies in my area I gave Danco a call and from the very start to the very end they were professional, courteous and genuinely concerned with my situation - the condenser gave up the ghost the warmest week of the year, of course it did. Anyway, Danco had someone at my house the day I called and someone here within a few days to replace the entire 20 year old system at a very reasonable price

Had the system put in a few years ago by Danco and was super impressed with the company and the quality of the equipment. Storm came through and damaged my system while I was out of town. Called Danco when we got home around 6pm. By 9pm Garrick with Danco had diagnosed the problem, tracked down a replacement part from a warehouse, (that I think was already closed for the day), had the part installed, and had the AC running in time to cool the house before bed. Will continue to use danco. Will tell all my friends. 10/10. Thanks again!

My AC was out and Anthony came over the day I called. Quickly inspected HVAC and gave me his recommendations and cost. Robert and Trey installed 2 days later. Showed up at 8am and installed outside unit, inside air handler and rerouted clothes dryer vent, all complete by 2 or 3 that afternoon. Works great and a beautiful installation, everything neat and professional. They talked me through everything I needed to know about new unit. Awesome work!

We couldn't believe that in the middle of summer out AC went out. But when we called and explained we had a newborn, they worked us into their already full schedule and had it working within 8 hours of us calling! Amazing customer service.

Terrible service. Replaced a 15 year old unit with a new energy efficient unit. Spent over 15k to replace and was told it would cut energy bill in half. 2 years later of patiently working with management and providing2 years worth of energy bills showing increased usage due to AC. Always an excuse. They sold me a unit too large for my house and now my registers are molding due to too much airflow. Please avoid this company.

Our HVAC stopped on the first 90* day of spring. I requested 3 quotes from different companies, and Danco responded the same day! Anthony asked us about our concerns and priorities, and also brought attention to details that we missed. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Timothy and Samuel removed our old units and installed the new ones, the next day.

We underestimated how much it would cost, however, we were able to finance through them. This morning, we are very happy with the improvement we can feel in just one day.cool with a markedly lower humidity level. and we can't even hear the unit running outside the kitchen window! So far, their customer service is superior to anything we've experienced in the past few years. If they follow through with all the services discussed, it'll be well worth the money!
