I first called Pino 15 years ago on a hot Saturday evening in August when of course the A/C quit. He had a tech out to my home at 11PM, who did not have a part, but the wsame tech came back before 7AM Sunday morning to fix things. Since that time, I have purchased a new A/C from Pino that was competively priced and installed promptly. I moved away from Palm Harbor, but 7 years hence am back to find many employes still work there and a few new ones as Cool Wizard has apparently done well. It's no wonder! If you are in the area they cover, you will not find anybody better!

My A/C broke, I called a couple places and Cool Wizard came right out and provided me with options for fixing or for new unit. I choose Cool Wizard based on price and time frame of installation. Installation was quick. The staff that were onsite were informative of status as they were installing. Highly recommend using Cool Wizard based on professionalism and quality of work.

When I bought my condo, Cool Wizard was the firm that brought the HAVC up to my specs. I have been with them ever since. When my self-installation of my Ecobee thermostat failed, it was Ramone who make it work. Ramone has been involved in every one of the annual service visits. The company must be a good employer to keep guys like that around.

We had an issue with our air handler and needed quick attention. The guys from Cool Wizard ( Robert & Leo ) we're here in a jiffy and we're able to correct the short in the unit in no time. They also did a PM on the system and made sure we were good to go. I would absolutely utilize them again and recommend them for their professionalism, experience and price performance.

Cool Wizard installed a new Daikin minisplit for me for an office. It is wonderful! Super friendly and professional team, would definitely use them again. I called Cool Wizard on11/2/21 for a second opinion for an ac repair and they came out the next day. In fact, they called me to ask if they could come earlier than our schedule appointment because they were free from their last job. Two ac repair guys showed up and diagnosed my problem after an hour, and only charged me their service fee of 59.00! Unfortunately, my problem is an electrical one so they weren't able to repair it. I was very impressed of how professional everyone was from the office staff to the repair guys. I will definitely use Cool Wizard again!

Not only did they come in with the best quote and product, but they were able to do a full removal and install within the same week! They were very clean and courteous, but, unlike most others that we had contacted for this job, they were ON TIME! We are very happy with our new heat pump and we couldn't ask for anything more.
